Rovies, apartment by the sea

An excellent apartment on the 2nd floor of a newly built building, just 20 meters from the sea, with panoramic views. Suitable for up to 5 people. It consists of two rooms, one with a single bed and a double bed and the other with a kitchenette and a double bed. The apartment has everything necessary for a comfortable and enjoyable stay as it is fully equipped with screens and electric stoves. There is an air conditioner in one room and a floor fan in the other.

The fully renovated three-story Villa Skopelita offers a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds, and an extra single sleeping option via a pouf bed in the living room, ideal for a child. It includes two bathrooms and a bright living area. Highlights include its unique style and a spacious patio with breathtaking, uninterrupted sea views. Relax in this peaceful place, surrounded by an olive grove and garden. On the hill above the village of Rovies, 10 minutes by car from the village and the beach (dirt road in good condition). Dina and Takis will give you fruits and vegetables, while you can have your own barbecue in the yard of the complex. The apartment is newly built 30 sq.m., with comfortable spaces and a terrace. We do not accept pets (there are 3 dogs and 5 cats in the area).
