Sports enthusiasts, Laurence and I live in Cerelles, a small village in Gâtine Tourangelle, 10 minutes from Tours Nord and the A28 highway, exit 27. Our house is located in a small subdivision. Access to the property is through a separate entrance. Parking is available in the 2 dead ends around the house. Great for a tourist stay in the Loire Valley or Loir. This chic and design home is in the historic center of Amboise. Located less than 5 minutes walk from the Château Royal, it is part of a 16th century residence with a French garden. Restaurants and shops 20 m walk. The ideal location, with the private parking space is directly in front of the accommodation. Please note! The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, the toilet is on the ground floor. If it's a problem to go down to the bathroom at night, please don't book.
