Shops are within walking distance. The house spans three floors with spacious living areas. Ideal for a family vacation or a getaway with friends.

In the living room you will find the table where you can savor the dishes cooked in the equipped kitchen located next door. In the cupboards, you will find enough to keep young and old busy with board games etc. The accommodation is equipped with fiber optic internet, Wi-Fi is free.

Parfaite pour des vacances nature au calme, en famille ou entre amis avec tout sur place pour en profiter (piscine chauffée en été, jacuzzi, BBQ/plancha gaz, table de ping-pong, baby-foot, balançoire, trampoline...). Située dans un petit bourg avec commerces à proximité (boulangerie, boucherie/produits artisanaux locaux, supermarché, pharmacie...) et un petit marché le dimanche.

Quiet in the countryside, sheep, chickens, no nuisances. In the town, a body of water with supervised swimming area (summer) and the lakes of Haute-Charente a few km away. Hiking trail from the house. About 50 km from Angoulême and Limoges.
