An original 40 m² industrial loft, combining Northern bricks and modernity, very quiet, its access to the garden allows to smoke outside. We are solidarity hosts of the #HostForGood network. The benefit of your reservation finances a local NPO for the homeless. The price is for 1/2 persons who use only one double bed. One person more so 3 persons and/or one bed more costs 15€ more.

Downtown house close to many places of interest in Lens within walking distance: Bollaert Stadium, Louvre Lens Museum, Tourist Office, swimming pool, SNCF and bus stations. Market on Friday down the street, supermarkets 100 meters away. Renovated in 2023, we were keen to keep its original spirit, which is why we chose materials and furnishings to give a style combining vintage and modern, repurposed objects and decorations made by us.

Everything can be done on foot or by bicycle (self-service). The house is very comfortable, cozy and quiet with its private flower-filled courtyard, fireplace, large bathroom, well-equipped kitchen. All linens are provided.

It consists of a bright and spacious living room on the ground floor, with a beautiful view of the English garden. Close to the Villa Cavrois and the Clos de la Source, it is also ideal for visiting the Lille metropolis or for a business trip to the region. Breakfast on request €15/pers.
