Waterfront vacation rentals in Rotorua District

We had an amazing four night stay here. The apartment was excellently furnished, the location effectively on the lakefront was fantastic and the outlook across the lake to Mount Tarawera was beautiful. We could not have wished for more. Thank you Murray for being such a great host

Riverside cottage is delightful, as is Jo. The house and garden are peaceful and relaxing. There was plenty of room. Jo communicated well with us both before and after our stay. The dogs were friendly and good fun. We loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return again.

Third visit to Rotorua, and this is easily the best placed we’ve stayed. Kerry’s place had everything our group of 8 needed for a comfortable stay. Kerry provided great communication and support. Highly recommend

This was one of my favorite air bnb stays! We loved staying right on Lake Rotorua and enjoying the sunrise each morning! Lauren and Sam had paddle boards and kayaks for us to enjoy the lake as well as a hot tub for relaxing! The unit was so cute and very comfortable! Lauren and Sam were great hosts and shared a long list of recommendations with us. Overall we had such a peaceful and relaxing time and would definitely book here again and recommend it highly to anyone!

Geraldine’s house was gorgeous. On arrival we were absolutely blown away by the location and her beautiful home. So many lovely welcoming touches like the stereo playing, lovely scented fragrances, freshly baked cake, coffee pods, chocolates and delicious breakfast goodies in the fridge which we weren’t expecting. We felt at home immediately. An abundance of firewood was also available to light the fire which made the house very cosy. On the morning of our departure, Geraldine messaged us to offer a complimentary late check out which we greatly very appreciated. We had a wonderful time in Rotorua and Geraldine’s home was the icing on the cake. We look forward to returning again one day.

Two words would describe our stay at Loft on the Lake - just perfect! Susan and Nigel were welcoming, friendly and generous hosts and the accommodation was spacious and very attractive. Everything was thoughtfully provided for a very comfortable stay and Susan’s attention to detail was excellent. The Loft was immaculately presented. The best part of our stay was access to the beautiful lake which was so peaceful and use of the kayaks was the icing on a very lovely cake!

It was a great stay, could not have asked for a better location. Could witness breathtaking sun rise from the comfort of the living room. Very kid friendly and highly recommend.

Great place to stay ! Spacious, neat and tidy. It’s hard to find such picturesque location with peaceful surrounding at the lake shore. What’s more, it is a good place to see sunrise with ducks in the lake. Highly recommended !!
