House vacation rentals in Rotorua District

I stayed at Mike and Annemarie's with my family and my sister and her family and we had the best stay. The place was large enough to fit all of us comfortably and it was exactly as described - very warm and very comfortable. The geo thermally heated pool was put to good use every day, even during rainy days, the kids enjoyed it immensely! Thank you so much, we will be back!

We had another great stay at this resort. We have stayed in other places managed by Nerida before. This three bedder is maybe getting a little tired decor wise… so just now that it is a Kiwi bach experience that your getting in a great location. Will definitely be keen to come again.

Fantastic accommodation and hosts. The house is lovely and well equipped. The back deck and pool area is amazing. Very secluded. The hosts were also very helpful at returning a couple of items left behind. Top accommodation.

The Redwood Retreat is the most amazing place. It offers everything you could wish for. Everything in this house is thoughtful and well-appointed. We felt right at home and enjoyed our holiday there, even when the weather turned nasty for three days. This house offers the perfect relaxing atmosphere after a day of adventure and activity. Thank you so much for the most beautiful time we had.

Quirky fun layout. Very practical & roomy enough for 9 guests. The kids loved that the pool was available even though it was Easter weekend. Roszarri was very helpful and welcoming.

Atiamurphy is one of the best AirBNB places we have stayed at. Service provided, Host Communication and the Location, is perfect, for me at least. kids will have a blast, parents will get their peace, and travellers will scratch that itch whilst here! We had a great time staying here during our family’s visit to Rotorua. Joe was extremely communicative and helpful, ensuring it was easy for us to get into the house and had everything we needed for our family of young kids. We loved the location and the beautiful views and hope to be back to take advantage of all the wonderful amenities!

Danny's place is extremely high quality. It was warm and cozy and the bed was very comfortable. The views are beautiful. Highly recommended.

We had such a good time kids enjoyed every bit of the house mainly found them all in the theater room, not far from city centre but also far enough for a peaceful sleep. beautiful view waking up to it every morning was stunning ! thank you so much for having us. everything as described. recommend, it's a must stay . thanks again norman.

Amazing place. Definitely the best airbnb we had on our 3 week NZ trip. Very private, nature all around which can be enjoyed thanks to the big windows. Well equipped kitchen, super clean. Can highly recommended!!!

The house was a great place to stay while we explored Rotorua. It was convenient to many of the tourist attractions we were seeing and the home was a peaceful place to come back to at the end of a busy day.

This was a beautiful place to stay, the house was very cosy and has a great view of the stars at night which was a great surprise.

We only stayed one night as we had an event to attend, but we felt relaxed as soon as we entered this lovely clean home. Everything was clean and sparkling, the beds were comfortable, all linens high quality and the rural setting was gorgeous. Highly recommend this rental for anyone wanting to stay in the area and I hope to stay again when we are next looking for accomodation in Rotorua/Ngongotaha. Anita’s place was the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility—close to Rotorua’s activities, restaurants, and sights, yet tucked near the mountains with stunning views and a peaceful, homey feel. The neighborhood was lovely, and as a family, we appreciated seeing children out playing. The home was pristine, beautifully designed, and spacious for our group. We’d happily stay here again.

It was a lovely house and the beds were comfortable. The internet was great, nice and fast. The house was easy to find and in a very peaceful and quiet location. we would definitely stay here again.

This place was awesome! So homey and fun and the llama theme was taken seriously. Beds were so comfortable. The place actually felt like someone lived there and had all the supplies we needed. The host was super responsive and friendly and the house was a short drive from the main area. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was absolutley spotless. The house felt so welcoming and we slept so well in the beds. Super comfortable mattresses and beautiful linen. Carpets felt like they were brand new. Anne was so kind and was happy to be there if we needed her. She made our 5 year old daughter feel at home. My daughter loved the presence of the animals on the property and the swings and trampoline were a pleasant surprise for her. We feel like we didn’t have enough time in Rotorua so plan to come back again one day and won’t hesitate to stay here again.

Thank you to Carla for being such a great host. From communicating before booking, she was very helpful and friendly. Her communication was what sold me to this house. When we got here, it felt like home. She even had dishes, books, toys, and equipment for kids. I love the small touches such as providing umbrellas and coat hangers. I highly recommend this place a lot

Loved this place, From the moment we arrived it felt like home, beautiful welcome letter and refreshments. We didn't arrive till around midnight and they put the heat pump on for us. The house was clean and plenty of board games which was awesome as there was a local power cut, didn't bother us at all. Had everything we needed even toothbrushes which was great because the kids forgot theirs. We wish we would've come in summer to use the awesome bbq. It's a great location being out of Rotorua but not too far. Nice and quiet area. Nathan and Ashlyn are great hosts, were very accomodating and always there if we needed anything. We would recommend this home to families visiting as the yards are fully fenced as-well which is great for the little ones.
