Monthly Rentals in Rotoroa Island

Such a lovely place! Surrounded by trees and a beautiful garden. We enjoyed the birds outside each morning. The space is quite large and comfortable. It’s in a great location and very peaceful. They have the sweetest dogs on the property that will gladly say hello to you as well as some chickens and a goat in a fenced area (don’t worry about noises from them though, we never heard a peep). They were a delightful addition! Highly recommend!

The studio was a perfect place for couples looking for a home while exploring Waiheke. It has all the ammenities needed, truly tidy, and the kitchen was everything you could ask for and more. The property feels very private even with other units around. And the pool of course, is such a plus that's much needed after some outdoor activities on the island. Dan (and Jackson the dog too!) was the most accommodating host ever. We appreciated how helpful he was and how he checks up on us to make sure everthing is going well during the stay :)

Breathtaking Jungle Penthouse – A Unique and Secluded Escape ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Staying in this penthouse nestled in the Amazonian like forest was truly an unforgettable experience. Incredibly spacious, uniquely designed, and offers an amazing sense of seclusion and serenity. With 360° views from nearly every room, you're completely immersed in nature waking up to the sunrise and falling asleep to jungle sounds. The apartment is also well-equipped with quality touches from a proper espresso machine with a frother to beautiful dishware that made our meals feel a bit extra special. Our host was kind, hospitable, and very responsive, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. That said, getting in and out is a bit of an adventure, so be ready for a memorable drive (hello, famous Road 309!) - an experience in itself. Plan ahead with your meals and grocery shopping as it takes 10-15 minute drive to the grocery stores and nearby resaurants. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved Sanna & Murray's Treehouse. It is located on the east side of Waiheke Island completely isolated in a beautiful forest. You feel like you have left the world behind. The outdoor soaking tub and Sanna's massages and facials were the cherry on the top (highly recommend booking massages with her as part of the experience!). Man O War winery is nearby about 10 min by car if you want to go to a restaurant. The treehouse was equipped with everything you might need, simple, tasteful and perfect for relaxing and communing with the birds and nature. Loved spending time reading on the deck amongst the trees and looking at the stars at night from the bed. Great way to unwind and connect with nature and your partner. The nearest store is about 30 minutes away so recommend buying any groceries you might want before getting to the treehouse. I can see why they got New Zealand Best Unique Stay Award.
