Egal ob Sie geschäftlich unser schönes "Ländle" besuchen oder zur Erholung hier sind, wir freuen uns, Sie in der detailverliebten und aufwendig ausgebauten Dependance begrüßen zu können...

Spacious apartment with private garden, Klaus

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Be it the ski resorts in winter or the mountain railways in summer for hiking or biking, as well as Lake Constance and all the cities of Vorarlberg with their museums and cultural events. The municipality of Klaus has a full highway connection as well as a train station and numerous bus connections. Our 110 m² apartment has spacious bright rooms and a fenced-in yard.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich in ruhiger und zentraler Lage mitten im Rheintal. Unser RHaa A Architektenreihenhaus überzeugt durch Qualität, Minimalismus und großzügigen Freiflächen (3 Terrassen) mit Platz für bis zu 10 Personen (20 Personen mit Haus B). Wir befinden uns 10 min. von der Schweizer Grenze entfernt. Nur 15min. an den Bodensee, sowie in den wunderschönen Bregenzerwald. Etwa 45 min. benötigst du ins Skigebiet Lech/Zürs.

Living in the countryside and yet central as well as close to the border

The granny apartment is part of a detached house, surrounded by greenery, quiet, with views of the nature reserve. The bright studio apartment has its own entrance, a large living/sleeping room and a separate small bathroom/toilet - but no kitchen. Two induction plates, a coffee maker, a kettle and a fridge offer the possibility to prepare a small meal. Close to the border of FL and CH, the historic city of Feldkirch is a few minutes away.

Vacation home - Recreation and nature

Our apartment in an apartment complex is embedded in nature with a breathtaking view of the Austrian and Swiss mountains. Despite the quiet location (car strongly recommended!), you are only about 10 minutes in the valley. The Laterns ski resort is only 10 minutes away by car. Our gem is also perfect as a starting point for hikes. We always strive to improve our offerings and want to provide our guests with a nice and affordable vacation

In mitten der Alpen / in the middle of the alps Hier in der Natur, können sie sich richtig erholen. Die wunderbare Aussicht auf die österreichischen Berge und auch über die Grenze in die Schweiz, können sie von hier aus geniessen. Geeigenet für allein Reisende /evtl. Vertreter oder zu weit. Sie sind in ein paar Minuten in der Stadt Feldkirch. Autobahn Ausfahrt in der Nähe.

Die vollausgestatteten Apartments in der Stage4 befinden sich alle im Erdgeschoss. Die ruhige aber dennoch zentrale Lage macht das Haus zum perfekten Wohlfühlort. Genieße Entertainment auf dem Smart-Tv und bleibe jederzeit vernetzt dank kostenfreiem WLAN. Es erfolgt während dem Aufenthalt etwa alle zwei Wochen eine Reinigung inklusive Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel.

Quiet beautiful furnished flat

Feel comfortable in our flat. The apartment has a separate entrance and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a private parking space available. The next bus stop is 200 meters away, the train station Rebstein-Marbach is 1.5 kilometers away. Grocery stores are 5 min (bakery) and 10 min (supermarket) away. Extra mattress for one child is available.
