This house is located a few minutes walk from the center. It is located in a quiet environment and offers a lot of space for two people. The very large terrace has a beautiful view. There are seating options and sun loungers available. Furthermore, a carport or parking space (depending on the car size) is available for guests free of charge directly in front of the house during the stay. There is also a private lockable basement room in the garage (e.g. for bicycles).

The granny apartment is part of a detached house, surrounded by greenery, quiet, with views of the nature reserve. The bright studio apartment has its own entrance, a large living/sleeping room and a separate small bathroom/toilet - but no kitchen. Two induction plates, a coffee maker, a kettle and a fridge offer the possibility to prepare a small meal. Close to the border of FL and CH, the historic city of Feldkirch is a few minutes away.

Right by the apartment there are wonderful walking paths in nature, but also to the train station it is only ~ 800 m (approx. 10-minute walk), but this can also be reached by bus (bus stop right at the property). Double bed + sofa bed. Parking is available.
