Edith was a friendly, proactive host. The accommodation was perfect, close to the beach and shops ( everything can be done on foot), comfortable and very clean. We will be back, and in the meantime we recommend it 100%.

Great stay at Mareva's apartment! Mareva was not there but as expected it was Samuel who welcomed us and gave back the keys. Everything was very good, the apartment is very well located, pleasant, with of course a magnificent view! It contains everything you need to cook as well. We highly recommend this listing located in a quiet and secure residence, the terrace and private parking space are assets. We appreciated the provision of towels and linens, the beds made on arrival, the large closet in the bedroom and at the entrance. This place is really very well-equipped. We felt good there! The area is very nice, there are beaches nearby, a Leclerc and a bakery. Mont Saint Michel is only 45 minutes away! Very good communication with Laure. In short, you can go without hesitation!

Beautiful apartment with all amenities, very well-equipped. Full of small touches available: cider, madeleines, small game to discover the region, large library available. In the shopping district of St Servan, with all shops within walking distance. Very convenient private and secure parking space. Rozenn is a friendly, caring, attentive and available host. Isabelle is a great host, very kind and available. She was responding to messages very quickly. Not only did she greet us in person, but she also gave us valuable tips: where to go, how to get to the city center, where to eat good pancakes, and what to visit. Her apartment is very cozy, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, you can't hear any noise coming from outside or from neighbors. It sleeps wonderfully well — I haven't felt as rested in a long time. The apartment is bright, clean and functional, everything is within easy reach: good coffee, delicious infusions, and even local sweets as a gift. We strongly recommend Isabelle! And we'll be back for sure!

For us in the fall the apartment was perfect. However, it could get very warm in summer. Guillaume is a great host and was always available. Nadia was also available on site at any time.

We had a great stay. The location is ideal with beach and shops within walking distance. The residence is pleasant with enclosed garden and secure games for children. Michelle and her husband are very attentive, responsive when needed and very friendly. We can only recommend it!

Very nice apartment located in a quiet private residence. Well equipped for 2 or 3 people. We were able to enjoy a great view of the ocean but also enjoy the sound of the waves from the accommodation. Easy communication, very responsive host throughout the stay.

We had a lovely stay at Jeannine's place. Exactly at described, well-equipped and very clean, spacious with a lovely baclony. Very close to amenities and attractions. Jeannine and her husband are lovely hosts, always on hand if needed but also very discreet just leaving you to enjoy your time. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great weekend at Clément and Christine's who hosted us remarkably well. The apartment is impeccable, of impeccable cleanliness and very well-equipped (nothing is missing). It is also decorated with a lot of taste and attention, which gives it a warm atmosphere, which we enjoyed very much. The apartment's comfortable exteriors offer remarkable views of Saint Malo on one side and Dinard on the other. The residence, very secure, is in absolute calm, in a green environment with walking distance to the beach! In addition, the welcome from our hosts was friendly and the contact very easy. We would highly recommend it and will return during our next stay in Dinard.

Very very well located apartment, five minutes walk from the beaches, and in the center of Saint-Pair. Large, bright and very clean studio facing the sea. "Feet in the water" is beautiful! Located in the city center, very close to restaurants, bakeries, Carrefour, etc. If you also like hiking you have the opportunity to enjoy it, even with a hiking guide. I would like to thank Lou, the youngest daughter of Régine and Philippe who was very responsive to our questions throughout our stay.

Great stay at this listing! This one was clean, well equipped, and missing nothing. Located about fifteen minutes drive from the center, and a few minutes walk from the beach, we were able to enjoy the place and the setting. The place is very quiet with swimming pool and assigned parking space. Sophie is very responsive in answering our questions.

Very nice accommodation, identical to the photos. Beachfront apartment ideal for fishing or the beach. 10 min drive from the intramuros. All amenities nearby. Very well furnished apartment, very clean with all amenities (much more than in other rentals). Really nothing to say. Apartment in a very good location. It's really a 2-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, moonlit boardwalk, and a large supermarket. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We'll be back!

Good surprise upon check in: spacious and bright accommodation (large bay window). Sheets and towels provided on arrival. The bedding is top notch. A small path at the end of the land takes us directly to the port, where shops, bars and restaurants and restaurants are located. In addition: the pool/sauna area, very nice for a small relaxing break.

We were able to take advantage of this rental to visit this beautiful part of Brittany. The accommodation is well located, between Cancale and Saint Malo, within walking distance of pretty beaches. The home, as described on the site, satisfied us. Karine was a responsive host and gave us many helpful tips. We recommend this property.
