This newly built 24 m2 studio is located in the Emmental, 20 minutes from Bern and 20 minutes from Thun. It is very quiet because it is located in a residence on the heights of the village of Konolfingen from where you can admire the landscape of the Swiss Alpine meadows with in particular the famous Stockhorn, and the Niesen... It is within walking distance (15 minutes from the train station) as well as by car. We have a space in the residence's garage available to our visitors. The entry is independent.

The cozy and stylishly furnished apartment is on the 3rd floor of our 100-year-old former schoolhouse. The house is located on the hills of the Emmental in the pre-Alpine area at around 1000 meters above sea level. If you are looking for peace and quiet, like animals and nature, you have come to the right place. A beautiful forest is located right behind the house and from the balcony you have a fantastic view from the Jura to the Bernese Alps. Hiking trails and biking trails are right at your doorstep.

Very good location for excursions in Switzerland. Only 30 minutes by car to Bern or the Bernese Highlands. 1 hour to Interlaken (Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe). 1.5 hours to Lucerne, 2 hours to Engelberg (with Titlis). I rent out a 1.5 room apartment with full facilities. The apartment we rent out is only for guests, so guests do not share rooms with other people. We are located on a farm in the Emmental at the top at 1130 meters above sea level with a very nice alpine view up to the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. We have lots of animals to pet. The apartment is not accessible by public transport. You need a car or taxi to reach the apartment.
