Thanks for a great stay Lindsey and Gail! This cute little house has a great location in Amble on a quiet street, that's just a 5 minute walk to the main shopping street and 10 mins from the harbour. Our stand outs were the very comfy bed in the main bedroom and the amazing shower! The house also heats up fast, as we found after arriving on a chilly day, and there was always a parking space for us on the street :) It was all spotlessly clean. This is a great base for exploring the beautiful Northumberland coast!

The house was spotless with plenty of room downstairs for us. The main bedroom was large and lovely with an ensuite shower/ toilet. The other 2 bedrooms were smaller but perfect for our needs. All beds were very comfy. The kitchen/diner was VERY well stocked with everything thing we could have needed. Lovely welcome basket with fresh bread and milk with some goodies too and a fresh bag of coffee. Lots of little thoughtful extras, like books, games, doggy items, beach towels and a fab record player! We loved sitting in the garden in the morning and evening. Hardly noticed there were neighbours as it was very peaceful despite being a residential area. We loved our stay and if back in the area would definitely stay again. Stayed for three nights at Rosemary's place and would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to others. Excellent communication, lovely house and a perfect location. My son slept well in the pull out bed and he really enjoyed playing with the table football. Thank you!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Jamie’s place. It was perfect for celebrating our newly graduated paratrooper… everything we needed was within reach and the property itself was beautiful…. 🤩🤩could not fault it.. 🥰

A lovely home in a beautiful location! Situated on a very quiet cul-de-sac but only a 10 minute walk from Amble with its beautiful harbour and shops/restaurants/cafes. Perfect for exploring the Northumberland coast line, so much to see while not having to drive too far. House was spotlessly clean and well equipped, and Paul kept in touch to make sure all was ok. Food wise we ate at Rossini’s (Italian) and Wellwood Arms (pub grub) and food at both were great. Gracy’s cafe was brilliant for lunch, lovely and cosy and very dog friendly. They made a huge fuss of our Cavalier Poppy! Couldn’t have picked a nicer place to stay for my birthday. Definitely fell in love the Amble while we were there! Thanks again Paul.

We had such a great stay! The location is perfect with a mall across the street and lots of restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive which was nice because we got in later at night. The place was extremely clean which is super nice when on the road! I would definitely recommend!

This is a lovely stylish place in Jesmond, with everything a few minutes away. Great quality towels and sheets, very clean and Ben's communication was fast and excellent and he even made a video to run through some key points! Parking is great, and the nearest metro is under 10 mins walk. The light filled living room/kitchen is lovely and it was very quiet. Loved our break and will stay here again. Note - there are quite a few steps to get to the top but it's listed as a top floor flat.

We had a lovely short stay at Steph’s place. It was perfect for our needs as we were with a number of family members staying nearby. It was very quiet and relaxing after a full day exploring the area. We tried the local Indian takeaway which was first class. I would certainly stay here again.

Dawn is a lovely host with a beautiful, warm, cosy and clean home. The garden and pets are just adorable. We had a wonderful break and made good use of the pool. There are so many castles and beautiful gardens located a short drive away. Great place for families. I will be recommending this flat and hosts to my friends.

Dean's apartment was clean, comfy and just as described. The location was perfect for us visiting relatives in the area. The metro is a short walk which gave easy access to the city centre. We would recommend Dean's apartment.

Really enjoyed our stay in Yvonne’s property. The flat was pristine, very spacious and the guidebooks and treats really made the difference. My mother and I would definitely return should we need accommodation in Newcastle again - thank you!

We are return visitors to The Lady Rhoda. A clean, stylish, welcoming house with everything you need. Very welcoming owner who leaves a lovely useful welcome pack. Great comms from the host. Its worth noting that the property has many stairs, should that pose an issue for your booking. That being said, the property and the surroundings were superb We will return next year

Fantastic location for a weekend with a 16month old. Spacious bedroom, good quality cot, comfortable living room, well equipped kitchen. Short walk through a nice park with a kids playground and small boating lake, to get to the large sandy beach and the start of a coastal walk. We had no car and manged this trip from London, getting a nice coastal bus to and from Sunderland to the place and a bus back from our coastal walk.

Fabulous place for peace and quiet. So close to the beach for walks with the dogs. Everywhere we walked to was really catered for dogs. Some great places to walk to on the beach. Accomodation warm and cosy just as described, host made you feel at home with nothing too much trouble. Will definitely be back.

Fabulous apartment with beautiful sea views. Fantastic communication with our very welcoming host. We arrived to lots of special touches which helped us to feel at home from the start! Very comfortable accommodation. Private parking was a bonus. Would definitely book again!

We had a great time, it is a 5 min walk to the beach, we had a great day walking along the coast and some great runs with the dog. A day out in Alnwick was a nice 20 min drive, dinner out in Walkworth was a nice 50 min evening stroll. Altogether a great, very good value stay!
