The 80 square meter living space is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, guest toilet and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining table. A highlight is the spacious sauna in the house. The great sunny balcony and terrace with seating and lake views invite you to relax and unwind. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

On the first floor is the modern furnished living-dining room with open kitchen, a pellet fireplace, a bedroom and the shower room. The kitchen offers all amenities with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker and toaster. On the upper floor, there is a large bedroom with panoramic windows and an extra sofa bed. In addition to the large garden, a south-facing terrace and a south-facing balcony offer the opportunity to relax by the fish pond or in the sauna.

300-year-old house in the historic old town

Our small historic, listed half-timbered house from 1727 is located just behind the bell tower in the beautifully restored old town of Arnsberg. The house offers 60 m² of living space on three floors and is occupied solely by the guests. A lockable basement offers space for bicycles and other equipment.
