The apartment is about 45 square meters, has a separate bedroom with pull-out double bed, kitchen with dining table, bathroom with shower and living room. You will find relaxation after a strenuous day at the trade fair, an extensive shopping tour or a hike in nature.

From here you have access to countless hiking and biking trails in the beautiful Bergisches Land. Despite the quiet location, you can reach Remscheid city center by car in 10 minutes. Located between the cities of Cologne (45 km) and Düsseldorf (40 km), near Solingen and Wuppertal, the apartment is perfect if you are traveling professionally and prefer to live a little quieter.

You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.
