My property is in the beautiful Isarwinkel in Upper Bavaria, surrounded by mountains and meadows. You'll love my place because of the quiet location in the middle of our unique hedge landscape. We spent a few days at Sofia's farm during the (Lower Saxony) Easter holidays and felt super comfortable. Sofia greeted us personally and showed us the beautiful apartment. We were able to get fresh eggs from the chickens running around the farmyard outdoors as well as very delicious apple juice from local orchards from the nearby area of Lenggries. The apartment is housed in an outbuilding on the property, so you can have a very private vacation but, if necessary and at your own request, you can also be involved in the farm life with its residents (Sofia's family with adult daughters and very friendly husband) and have nice contact with interesting conversations. We sat on the beautiful balcony every evening and enjoyed the fantastic view of the nearby Alps (it was already very warm in Bavaria during our stay before Easter). Thank you, Sofia, we will be happy to come back!

Great place to stay in Oberstdorf. The bedrooms are very good. Beutiful sheets and comfy beds. The visitorpasses were excellent. We could take the cabin up to Nebelhorn by using it. We also used basement housefacilities. Played tabletennis and had lots of good laughs. Got good instructions from the host before we came.

We were very kindly received by Ralf. He went with us into the apartment and showed us around and explained the fireplace. Wood for this was also already provided. The apartment was as described in the pictures, sparkling clean, everything available, bed is very comfortable. We slept great. The location is very quiet which we enjoyed, at night there was no listening. The large balcony with new garden furniture (not as shown in the pictures) was also great. You could sit in the sun. It was also great that the Königscard was included. We used it twice for the Alpspitz cable car in Nesselwang and the Breitenbach cable car in Pfronten. We can only recommend it, as the trains are not exactly cheap. Ralf was also always available for questions. Our conclusion: It was a successful short vacation and we felt very comfortable. We would book the apartment again at any time for the area if it is available, as it is an ideal starting point. Thanks Ralf!!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Theresa's place! The apartment was simple but very cozily furnished, so we immediately felt comfortable. In the kitchen there was everything you need to cook comfortably. The apartment was absolutely clean and maintained. Parking right in front of the door was super convenient. We especially enjoyed the magnificent views and the quiet atmosphere – perfect for relaxing. Theresa is a very warm and friendly host. We would definitely come back again and can only recommend this place! Thank you for the time :)
