The Cabin consists of a walk in wet room with toilet and a very well equipped kitchen. Within the kitchen you will find a fridge, stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and crockery. The living Room has a TV and Log Burner - with French Doors out to the decking area. The double bedroom is up on the mezzanine level which you access via a ladder.

We’ve ditched the mod cons with no TV, wifi & phone signal and replaced them with good old fashioned boardgames, a great stack of books and selection of old & new vinyl for the record player.

Dunans Cottage
Dunans Cottage is situated in the beautiful Knapdale Forest 1.9 miles from Cairnbaan within a National Scenic Area. The views are fantastic! The Cottage is off the beaten track but within a traditional farming hamlet with access via a forestry track ( see illustrated map ). Many outdoor and indoor activities are available within the area but the peace and quiet at Dunans are unique.

Bearnus Bothy has been lovingly renovated using our principle of ecological design to repair, repurpose and use what has been washed-up by the sea. It is one of the last old residences outside of the main dwellings around the Main House on Ulva. As such there are no neighbours until you reach the tiny community on Gometra - where we live - another three miles down the track.

Cala Fearnadh Off-Grid cabin, Bunessan, Mull
Cala Fearnadh is a new, unique, off-grid cottage in a quiet village, with stunning sea views of Staffa and the Treshnish Isles, and beyond. There is nothing quite like it anywhere on the island! Electric power is 12 volt, generated by a combination of solar and wind energy. Water comes from the tranquil Loch Assapol, which supplies much of the area.
