Brad's home was very clean, free of clutter, and easy to relax in. We loved it and would like to stay there again sometime!

This place was a nice spacious place to stay and it was clean definitely would stay here again and Seth was great at reaching out to see if we needed anything. The only thing is it is on a busy street other then that it's great.

Nice quiet ranch style house near Amish Country. 30 min from Chillicothe. Memory foam beds. Plenty of towels. Comfy couch. Peaceful quiet land.

Was very peaceful and enjoyed very much! The kids had space to play ! And being by the fire pit and just relaxing was the best!

We spend a weekend in Chillicothe about once every 12 to 18 months and prefer to stay close to Paint and Water Streets. We found Seth's place (The Study) and booked it based on location (very walkable, amenities, comfort, and price) - it hit all the marks when looking at Airbnb rentals. When we checked in, the instructions were very clear and covered all of the basics plus some beneficial nuances. The place matched the description and photos, and was well appointed for relaxing, sleeping, etc. It was a 5 out of 5 for us and we will definitely look for a vacancy at Seth's place (The Study) again, or one of his other listings. Seth was very communicative and proactive, and sought feedback following our stay. Great host!

Seth's Terrace Farmhouse was a delight to stay at. Everything was as described, and was a perfect stay for our needs. I would return.

The apartment was exactly what I needed and Sherrie is a gracious and accommodating host. Clean, love the bathroom, quiet, access to the creek, and pet friendly with a fenced yard.

Very good home especially if one has children or pets. Maintained yard, a few old school games, and absolutely love that it was a key and not some malfunctioning lock key pad thing

Beautiful place! Had an amazing time just relaxing. The children also loved hanging around front and in the game room. We played family games and had good quality family time. Would love to come back.

Nothing but great things to say about this place! Excellent communication from the hosts, and a wonderful place to stay. When we arrived, the hot tub wasn’t working, but the hosts were super on top of things and sent somebody out to fix it immediately! Would stay again and would recommend.

The Higby House was in one word AWESOME! It is luxuriously appointed with everything you might need or want. The decor was just perfect! Everything high end. The location is so peaceful it was hard to say goodbye. The hosts were on top of everything and made an extra effort to make sure our stay was as expected. Our stay far exceeded those expectations! Given the opportunity we would stay again and again. A great place to make family memories. Thank you!!
