Bolig på naturgrund

Bo på landet i vores træhus på 140 m². Huset har tre soveværelser: to med dobbeltsenge og et med to enkeltsenge, som kan slås sammen til en dobbeltseng. Der er desuden en sovesofa i stuen, som kan benyttes efter behov. Du er velkommen til at nyde vores store have på 15.500 m² med mange hyggelige kroge og en bålplads. Vi har 15 høns og en hane, der bidrager til den landlige stemning. Huset er i ét plan og har en stor, lys stue og et landligt køkken. Vi bor i et tidligere sommerhus på grunden.

Sommerhus med brændeovn og bålplads

Dejligt sommerhus på 90m² med hems i stille omgivelser, tæt ved fjorden og et skønt fællesområde med badebro i sommerhalvåret. Der er ikke udsigt over vandet fra huset. Alt er inkluderet i prisen, el, vand, håndklæder, sengelinned, viskestykker, og basisfødevarer som olie, sukker og krydderier. Brændeovnen er hovedkilde til opvarmning, der er el-varme på badeværelse lidt gulvvarme som er tændt når strømmen er billig. Haven ligger helt ugeneret med plads til spil, sport og leg.

Nydningen

Nydningen finder sted på landet, fyldt med natur og god udsigt direkte ud over Arresø. Idyllic former farmhouse in Danish countryside

The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.

Simpel og praktisk bolig til en fornuftig pris. Anneks i tilknytning til huset, men med egen indgang. 10 minutters gåtur til stranden og nærmeste S-tog, og 22 minutter med tog til København. Et værelse med sovesofa (160 cm bred slået ud) og fjernsyn og et med tekøkken, spisebord og lille sovesofa (160 cm bred slået ud). The apartment has two large bedrooms each with double bed and a smaller bedroom with children bed (170 cm). Big open kitchen/living room with dining and sitting area with large sofa bed. Sitting area with a wood burning stove. Direct access from kitchen to sunny terrace with view to Roskilde inlet. The apartment is 1st floor.

Danish island summerhouse – fjord view

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim. And then Oroe is only 1,5 hours drive from Copenhagen. If this house is booked, feel free to see our other house on Orø.

Summer house in Asserbo forest

The house was designed by Danish architects Friis & Moltke and build in 1970. The house is ideal for a family of two adults and two children with two in the master bedroom and two in the bunkbed room. The kitchen is fully equipped incl. dishwashing machine.
