Located in southern Ardeche, detached house of 60 m2 with its 8 m x 4 m swimming pool depth 0.8 m / 1.6 m private fenced, on a plot of 2000 m2. 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed located on the ground floor with a bathroom each and each with a wall closet on the attic floor: small living room and separated by a partition with curtain, 1 attic bedroom with only two small beds.
