A very nice city apartment, clean and tastefully decorated, very quiet and yet very centrally located. We always liked to "come home," whether in between for a break or in the evening, we always felt very comfortable and also liked to spend time in the apartment. The reception by Kévin was warm, the communication with him very easy and uncomplicated. We can highly recommend the apartment:)

Accommodation very close to the bus that takes you to the city center (walking distance in 20/30 minutes) Comfort, equipment, tourist information very satisfactory. We come to Nancy regularly and we will remember this place.

The house itself looks pretty run down from the outside, but the apartment on the 13th floor is in great shape. It has a wrap-around balcony. Thanks to the central location, all sights are within walking distance. We were able to park our car for free and the two dogs were no problem. Linguistically, we struggled a lot in English, but it ultimately worked. Sebastien is very friendly.

Listing is as described. Everything is comfortable, from bed to appliances with instructions for use for all appliances. The location, close to public transport, local shops, makes it a great asset. Valerie's good welcome and availability were at the rendezvous. So we recommend this place and may have a chance to come back.

Nice apartment in the attic, cozy and functional, very well-equipped and spacious. Excellent location on a quiet street close to many shops and close to Nancy Old Town on foot. Noémie is very friendly and very responsive if needed. The only drawback for some people is that the apartment is on the third floor. The apartment is perfect for a long-term stay.

Apartment in a great location. Well arranged and equipped. Very nice. Only one real bedroom, the other is a landing but very spacious. Special attention should be paid to children's access to windows. Very noisy between adjacent apartments but for a few days it's not at all disturbing. I would recommend it

We were in Nancy over the weekend. We occupied the accommodation with 4 adults and 3 children. Everything worked out super easy. Thierry is very friendly and has tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. He also offered us a crib, which we thought was great. The place was very clean. I experienced such a clean place to stay for the first time. Even when I had to contact Thierry at 3 AM, he responded immediately. The house is very centrally located, but the street in which the house is located is very quiet. You can go shopping on foot. We will definitely come back. Thank you, dear Thierry 🍀

We had a very nice stay at Caroline's apartment. It is very centrally located in Nancy, everything is very accessible on foot, yet absolutely quiet. We left our car in a P & R parking garage just outside and took the bus to the apartment. In conjunction with the STAN ticket, the parking garage is free. We highly recommend the apartment and will certainly come back.

Very welcoming host who checks you in with great attention and makes sure that nothing is missing in his apartment: in a word, nothing to plan, just put down your suitcases! The apartment is perfectly equipped, comfortable and located in a very quiet residence. We particularly appreciated the elevator as well as the free parking space in the basement. We would particularly recommend Nathanael's accommodation and will not hesitate to book his apartment again for a future stay in Nancy.

Our very short stay (with very gloomy weather) did not allow us to fully enjoy the surrounding activities and the beautiful garden of our hosts. We had a lovely time at Gillou and Emilie's place which matches the description and photos perfectly. We highly recommend it. One detail: stairs that are not easy (to consider with children or for older people).

We stayed here on our long journey home from the South of France. It was just what we needed. We had a walk over to the Cathedral before we left - impressive! Really cute little city. Perfect for us as it is directly beside the 31. Axel is really helpful and the flat has everything you need.
