The place is perfect. Thoughtfully planned cottage. Amazing views of the mountains. A utility shop in 100 metres and even better one in 950 metres. The best part is the Host. Giorgi is ever so helpful. Always responding to your enquiries quickly and to the best knowledge.

Roman was an incredible host!! Super responsive, extremely helpful, and his place IS MAGNIFICENT. We we're provided with beautiful views, cozy blankets, and heaters. If you are looking for peace and tranquility, this is the place!!

The guesthouse is very nicely located on a hilltop and you have a wonderful view. The room was simple but has everything you need. And the bed was super cuddly. I highly recommend dinner on the terrace. Nina and her family are very warm and gracious hosts. It is very familiar and I felt very comfortable. And I will be forever grateful to them for helping me with my car and the broken tire. That was crazy. A thousand thanks! 🙏🙏😊

Peak is a fabulous host in all respects. The place is exactly as described and matches the photos. The view from both sides of the house is breathtaking! The market is a 5 -7 min easy walk and location is perfect - private enough yet accessible. What stood out for us for was Peak's responsiveness and continuous support during a time when we werent able to return to Tbilisi due to avalanche danger and bad weather leading to road closure. The updates on the situation we received were super helpful and we felt very well taken care off. Peak's family (parents) who stay next door are a gem - very kind folks and always ready to help. Would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend if you are visiting Stepantsminda/Kazbegi.
