Vacation rentals with beach access in Roseto degli Abruzzi

We stayed with Alfredo in May. At this time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrellas and sun loungers just around the corner on the beach. The apartment of Alfredo is well suited for 2 people. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you very much

The apartment is located in the city center, but it is still very quiet. On the ground floor there is a bar where you can go down in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for an aperitif. There are many good restaurants, shops, bars, you will find everything you need. Both the station and the beach are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, equipped with everything you need. Well-functioning air conditioning offered relief after a hot day on the beach. An added bonus is the huge rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and an umbrella. We spent our evenings there pleasantly. We will definitely return to Pescara and this apartment. Grace is a wonderful guest, she responded quickly to our questions.

The place was great, even during the off-season. Good location, amplr room, good appliances. During the off-season, make sure to make reservations for restaurants since some are closed and the popular restaurants fill up.

We had a great time, the apartment is cozy and clean, the location was awesome and very near to the beach and the restaurants. Perfect refuge in a home away from home! We will be back!

Thank you for your stay. Everything was very well organized, and the connections to the vineyards and experiences were great. A good apartment for autumn, with great heating and you can feel at home with all the amenities. I have a request for my next visit - there are no grappa glasses that taste better in the fall:)

Practically new apartment equipped with all the comforts, right on the beach with spectacular sunrises. In the kitchen some necessary things were missing such as oil and salt; We managed, but I'm sure if I had asked, they would have provided them. I would recommend it

W or w ! ! ! This place is WONDERFUL, its peace, its energy, the care in every little thing and every little furniture. The rooms are impeccable as cleanliness and decor, the kindness of the owners in really EVERYTHING is priceless. The possibility of a glass of wine or a herbal tea in the Jacuzzi while you see the sun setting between the mountains and the sea, do you really need to talk about something else? And if you need to, I'll add that following the recommendations of the hosts a few kilometers away you will eat very well, or take something and cook it in the rented space... Everything is very nice. Everything is highly recommended.

House located surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Quiet with sea and mountain views. Quality delivery with large indoor and outdoor spaces and above all an incredibly large pool. Excellent stay.

We were warmly welcomed by Simonetta himself. We felt right at home and she gave us the necessary explanations of the accommodation. If we need anything else, in terms of taxi, bicycles,... she arranged that for us. I could live there myself in the stay, very cozy and cozy. Like it can be seen in the photos. We spent a week at Giulia's apartment and we appreciated the tasteful design and especially the beautiful garden we shared with her family and other guests, very peaceful and over-looking the sea (which is very close by) so that we "forgot" the close road below it. We really appreciated Giulia's and her family friendliness and warm hospitality as well as the precious recommendations they gave about places to visit and to eat.

Guido was amazing, very flexible on our arrival time and his place had everything, super roomy and beautiful place. Couldn't ask for anything else, we were so humbled to stay in his once family home. The area and location super easy to walk to the amazing beach and the city center and all great restaurants. Guido was super helpful on tips and places to visit. Overall if your looking for a place to stay in Pescara his place is the place to stay. Beautiful fruit and vegetable store right outside the Airbnb and just a beautiful city to visit. Very nice and well-kept house in every detail! Cross the street and you are immediately on the beach and nearby there are all the services at your fingertips such as supermarket, bars, pastry shops, pharmacy, etc. the center of San Benedetto is a 15/20 min walk so the location is also great. Gabriele is very polite and friendly and ready to help you in any way with very timely responses. The only bad note but it only concerns my case is that the elevator does not reach the floor and there is a flight of stairs and in my case with an infant and stroller in the long run it is a little uncomfortable. for the rest Gabriele and the house I would say at the top!

Dino was a very nice and friendly host. The apartment is right at the beginning of the pedestrian zone, great location and quiet. If I come back only here. Dino was also very flexible with check-in, he allowed us to go to the apartment earlier.

We stayed in 4 boys plus a little girl on New Year's Eve, we were with God. Mr. Martino who welcomed us was very kind, he let us stay even a few more hours having arrived late in the evening after work… the house is really nice and with all the comforts! ❤️ thank you very much.

We stayed one night in Chiara's house, everything was perfect, cleanliness and communication. The new place is in a great location on the waterfront and a few minutes from shops and restaurants. Chiara is an excellent host, I hope to return to this facility again.

Fabrizio met us in person to show us the apartment and was very personable. Afterwards he gave us some dining suggestions. We enjoyed the location and its proximity to local dining and the beach. The amenities were adequate for our one night stop over but they seemed scant should we have stayed longer (ie. kitchenette, not kitchen, in the apartment).
