Beautiful. The apartment is much nicer than the pictures. The room is like a luxury hotel, everything is very nice. No noise and pleasant temperature. The utensils and appliances are of a very good quality. It has everything a family needs for. It has a beautiful courtyard that allowed me to work with tranquility. The guys loved it too. Patrizia is an excellent host. Very attentive. I'll give us bikes to get around the city and its beautiful beaches. I also want a more small bike for my son . The bathroom is spotless. The kitchen is very complete, up toaster. Patrizia had a lot of patience explaining how to use each appliance and with the explanation of the differentiated collection. Patrizia went to pick us up at the flixbus stop and I also took us when we left the apartment. I think anyone staying with Patrizia is going to have excellent service. Just thanks for having a great stay.

Pardo was very friendly and helpful. He was quick to respond to questions and was very accommodating.

Antonio was really super nice to us in everything, from check-in to check-out. He also supported us with tips to make the most of our vacation. More than once he came to see us to ask us how it was going. Very characteristic and well furnished house.

Very nice apartment. Even more than the photos. It really feels like being at Grandma's house. Clean and well-kept accommodation, close to the sea and with a fifteen-minute walk you find yourself in the center. There is everything you need for a pleasant stay. The area where the house is located is very quiet, but in a few minutes you can reach supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, newsstands, etc. Domenico is an impeccable host! Excellent apartment for visiting Pescara. Great location, spacious, with more than necessary, it was an easy choice to book this apartment. Close to restaurants, beach and any point of interest.

Beautiful clean and spacious apartment convenient to the beach, grocery, and restaurants. It was easy to park our car also. Check in and check out were easy and Lina was very quick to respond to questions. We enjoyed our brief stay to visit family in Roseto.

Gianluca has extensively renovated the apartment, there are new windows in all rooms, the bathroom is new and beautifully furnished, most of the furniture is also new. Basic food is available, plus plenty of coffee and breakfast accessories. Gianluca recommended good restaurants and also some information about the area in the apartment.

The stay at Fabrizio's house was impeccable: the house is located in a quiet and strategic area to be able to reach both the sea, and the National Park for hiking and trekking (highly recommended!), it is equipped with all comforts, as well as a terrace that overlooks a beautiful view. Fabrizio was always available, friendly and ready to give us tips about the area. As soon as we return to Abruzzo, Fabrizio's house will be a reference!

I stayed with my family in the "Roma" apartment from August 13 to 23. First of all, I express a sincere appreciation for the host, Hanspeter who, in addition to the kindness with which he welcomed us, throughout our stay made available proactively to facilitate and make our stay pleasant. The building is a villa on 3 levels, with three apartments (Rome, Kiev and Berlin) beyond the one occupied by Hanspeter and his family in the attic. You access the floors with a beautiful outdoor staircase. The house, recently renovated, is well maintained, with well-kept outdoor spaces that can be used by everyone. The newly-built pool is very attractive, with attention to detail, with hydromassage and depth up to about 2 meters. Very spacious apartment, with windows and balconies on all sides. Spacious and airy rooms. Beautiful and enjoyable for breakfast and dinner the terrace overlooking the pool. Bucolica the area, among vineyards and olive trees. Beautiful !

Everything was amazing!!! Marco and Katia went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and have an amazing stay! My stay at their place will be forever in my memory!! Thank you for everything your family did for us!! Thank you to Mr Fausto too who was more than just amazing in helping us with everything we needed !! He is the sweetest person on earth!! The stay with Marco was very pleasant. Due to a train trip, we had problems with car rental, but he helped us without much demand and even offered to drive. He was always eager and gave us valuable tips from beaches and restaurants. What we would recommend if you choose Marco's place to rent a car, because it is difficult to reach on foot. The train station, as well as the sea are 10min from the property. Other great beaches are in 30-45min drive, which Marco recommended to us and was also highly recommended. We would come back anytime and have and felt very comfortable. Thank you again Marco for your effort and nice manner as well as helpfulness.

We had a lovely stay in this Airbnb. The owner and caretakers were easy to deal with and had great communication. We loved our stay and hope to be back. The house was amazing and the entire Australian downhill skateboarding team felt at home during our stay. The area is incredible and the views are breathtaking. Casa Monte Majella was just perfect for us (6 adults + one baby). We really enjoyed the beautiful view to the mountains and the swimming pool. If you have a car, it's easy to get around and see so many different things: the see, the mountains, wine tasting and beautiful nature at Majella national park. Lisa and Stefan are really helpfull and wonderful people, thank you so much! Loved to come back some day. Tusen tack 🙏

We stayed in this house at the end of July 2023. The house was well maintained and beautiful. The landlady was always friendly and helpful. Parking spaces were included and great. The house was fully equipped. we are as a family and for 7 two dogs were allowed to move freely. the dogs were allowed to move freely. only shortcoming that there were no air conditioners. so it was not so easy to sleep at night. however we give our best review. we highly recommend this! thanks for the great stay.

Very nice apartment,every comfort present:air conditioning channelled in each room,balcony with automatic and motorized solar curtains, waffle coffee maker,dishwasher, comfortable bed. New decor, fast wifi, and Smart TV. The house was found clean and tidy,perfumers around the house and building. very comfortable sink on the balcony to rinse the costumes. Distance from the sea 10 min walk and close to the apartment,less than a km away,a Conad supermarket and other convenient shops. There are bicycles available to reach the center and the beach. Private parking inside the courtyard protected by the gate. Recommended for a great stay at reasonable prices
