The cosy little appartment ist located only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

It has two separate bedrooms, a spacious cooking, dining and living area and a bathroom with shower and WC. All rooms are bright and are equiped with modern furniture. The apartment is located in a part of the building that used to belong to the adjacent brewery and where the wine bottling plant for the brewery's own wine was located. We spent 3 days riding motorcycles in the area and stayed in Arzu's apartment during the time. Even a garage for the motorcycles was organized. The apartment is in great condition and super cozy. We were at Moni's for New Year's Eve to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city. We were warmly welcomed and were able to enjoy the tranquility. We and especially our dog enjoyed the proximity to the forest very much. The apartment has everything you need to switch off for a few days. We can recommend the place without hesitation!

The four of us spent a long weekend here and used the apartment as a starting point for various excursions. Stefan was always available and gave us some good tips for excursions in the area. The apartment was beautifully decorated, in excellent condition and from the conservatory you had great views of the surrounding mountains. Our children were also thrilled with the play area in the living room.
