It is very bright with a private entrance, very well furnished and very clean. Plaza10 is a modern and stylish single bedroom apartment located in the heart of Rosemont la Petite Patrie (a borough 1 hour walk North or a 15 min public transit ride from downtown Montreal). It’s an area full of restaurants, cafés, shopping and entertainment, making it the ideal place to stay while exploring Montreal. The closest subway station is a 6 min walk away. The space features a fully-equipped kitchens, private terrace, heated radiant floors, electric fireplace in living room & bedroom

Private suite with a king size bed

A two rooms private apartment with a king size bed. Strong wifi, smart tv, towels, clean sheets, refrigerator, portable induction cooktop (really efficient from Ikea), two heating plates, microwave, mini oven, pots and pan. There is also a sink beside the bed that might not appear on some pictures. Also access to a laundry and dryer machine in another room that you share with us, as we live in the same building. The actual bed is the one you see in the lasts pictures, still a king size.

The Sweet Arcade

The appartement is sunny and ideally situated in the handsome area of Petite-Patrie, 10 minutes walk from the market Jean-Talon and all services (grocery store, underground orange and blue line). The area has also a lot of restaurants, little cafes and bars and a cycle path and BIXI station round the corner. Note that it is on the 3rd floor so you have one flight of stairs outside and one inside. Also, there is no private parking available but you generally can park easily on our street.
