exactly what we needed! read the description and check the photos. we arrived, got in easy and the place just felt like home. had everything we needed. neighborhood was nice and quiet(wouldn't have even known we were in one if you didn't see it).

We had an amazing stay! The house was super clean, comfy, and had all the amenities we needed. Oliver is such a thoughtful host, very easy to communicate with and quick to help. He lives just behind the house, so when we needed the sofa bed, he brought it over right away. We were in town for the HITC Festival, and the location was perfect, really close to the Rose Bowl Stadium and not too far from to the city either.

The location of the house is excellent — it’s surrounded by lots of great restaurants. The spacious backyard is a huge plus, especially if you’re traveling with a dog. The host was very responsive and friendly, answering any questions we had promptly. Would definitely stay here again!

This Airbnb was super cute and cozy - the off street parking was convenient, the kitchen and living area very functional for a short stay, the bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was excellent! Really convenient having high end laundry machines, and lots of nice amenities like a steamer, an iron, and a blow dryer all available. I also love that we didn’t have to clean the whole place ourselves at check out, unlike some other airbnb with long check out lists. Would gladly stay here again!

Perfect stay for our weekend in Hollywood. Walking distance to all of the clubs we wanted to go to, and So peaceful. The jacuzzi area was SO nice. We could have spent our whole trip out there just enjoying the view. We basically lived out there when we were “home”. Communication was perfect, making our checkin, and our stay, stress free. Would 100% stay again!

Patricia was a very accommodating host. We needed to extend our stay several times while we waited for an apartment to open after the Altadena fire. The house is spacious, has a nice and friendly character, and is on a lovely street--Orange Grove. Very nice backyard. Friendly to pets. Great for kids. The shower is a little funky, but we made it work. I highly recommend Patricia as a host.

It was a short stay but it was rather nice. We had five people and it did not feel cramped. I appreciated the snacks and coffee, private parking, and washer/dryer. The shower curtain is short and let water get on the floor. However, there was a mop and bucket available for quick clean up.

Jum & Deb were amazing hosts. Tried to accommodate my family outside of what was listed. Very responsive and the first Airbnb that I felt was actually clean!! We will be back

We absolutely loved our stay in the Casita. It was private easy to access and dog friendly. It had everything we needed and the host was very responsive and friendly. 10 out of 10 would recommend!! such a beautiful space would definitely stay here again.

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

Irina was an excellent host and the Airbnb was perfect. The bed and linens was incredibly comfortable. The air conditioner gets as cold as you want it to. The neighborhood is very peaceful, esp in the mornings. In the hills, it's a perfect place to walk around, and the neighbors were friendly. Irina as a host was super responsive and accommodating. Checking in was a breeze and she also helped us with a few requested that weren't listed. The Internet was also very fast. Solid solid spot for the $$

I had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was super cute and cozy perfect for a relaxing getaway. From the moment I arrived, the hosts were absolutely amazing. They were warm, welcoming, and made sure everything was just right throughout my stay. The home itself was thoughtfully decorated and had a great vibe. One of the highlights was definitely the game room it had everything you’d want to unwind and have some fun. But my favorite part was the movie room! It was so cozy and comfortable, it felt like having my own little theater. I spent hours just relaxing there with a blanket and some snacks. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. It was clean, charming, and full of little touches that made it feel special. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and cozy experience!

Place is as described and photos. The view at night is amazing!! Holly was very responsive and helpful. I loved the decor and the simplicity of the space. Building is very safe and secure despite being downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

Gina's house was a great place to host our friend getaway for a long weekend. We were in town for a wedding and 5 of us shared the house. Everything about the house matched how it was advertised, with the pool being the biggest highlight. In between our wedding plans, we spent virtually every waking minute at the pool and it was lovely. The backyard feels like your own little private getaway. There are privacy fences around the entire perimeter, but then additional shrubs/trees that make you feel even more confined in the space. We felt like we were totally alone back there and we really loved that. The place is walkable to a handful of coffee places/restaurants/etc, and only a 5-10 minute Uber ride to just about any place in Pasadena. Gina was helpful, responsive, proactive in reaching out/sending check-in instructions, etc. We had a great time and would stay again!!

I was sad to leave this place 😭😭 the view, the apartment, the cleanliness, the parking garage, everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean. The garage was safe and easily accessible. It was good for a group of 5. Kye was an amazing host! When I had trouble entering the apartment, he responded right away. We were missing an amenity and he was able to get us one that same night! Amazing place and an amazing host! Thank you Kye! If I ever come back I’ll be sure to stay here again. 😊

Pearl and Wendy were amazing hosts! The studio was in pristine condition and the location was incredibly peaceful, yet easy to get around. They were also accommodating of our requests, and made the check in and check out process really easy. You will have no problems trusting them as your next AirBnB hosts!

Bill’s condo is definitely my favorite one so far . I had a pleasant stay as the place was very clean, cozy, and peaceful (it’s located in a nice neighborhood). Parking was very convenient as it has its own garage with a door that connects to the condo. It also has its own washer and dryer inside the garage, including split a/c in each rooms and the living room. This listing is also very accurate as far as its photos and the amenities it provides. You definitely get a lot of bang for your buck. Thanks Bill for a wonderful experience!

The home is a real gem. I loved that it was located in a very quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to several grocery stores and shopping centers. The unit is a detached garage that was reconverted but it was very clean and well maintained with a classy creative touch! Will definitely be coming back!

I loved Christina's place. It was perfect for me and my family. Very quiet and peaceful my mom and son enjoyed the pool. It was very welcoming and felt just like home. I'll definitely stay here again!!!

We want to sincerely thank Nills for an amazing stay! The loft was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The only small recommendation would be to bring your own detergent if you plan to do laundry during your stay. The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown LA, with everything within walking distance. Nills was an outstanding host, always proactive and maintaining open communication with my partner and me. From guiding us to the unit, to providing a list of great local shops and restaurants, he was always available if we had any questions or needed assistance. Overall, Nills made our experience seamless and enjoyable. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Beautiful and pristinely clean space. easy to find parking and quiet area. Just had to stop at 7/11 for overnight parking ticket but was literally just a machine in the back of the store, very simple. Would return!
