Monthly Rentals in Rosedale

I have been looking for an Airbnb because I have Gypsy .. who is a lab mix .. I came to town because I had an Aunt pass away (Dorothy Vance) and I needed someplace affordable and close to the other family and location of the events .. Ricky's place was two minutes from the church where My aunt used to attend and where they had a breakfast before the funeral .. also not that far from where the rest of my relatives live .. very clean and adorable Property .. nice hot shower .. adequate supplies in the kitchen .. and also close to the mall and grocery store .. I also happen to see a spike buck deer when I was on the property .. very comfortable sleep as well and working AC .. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone and plan on using it when I come again in August to the family reunion that we have every year .. 🙏🏻

I hate to write a great review for fear of other people finding out about Barry's place, especially on the weekend I may need for the future. This is my 2nd year staying at Barry and Shani's location. As soon as I registered this year's Dam Yeti race I immediately put in the reservation. Barry recognized me by asking if I was in town for another race! We had messaged back and forth a couple times prior to check in as I wasn't sure if my friend was coming along (she did!). The apartment is one of three in the same building. It's cute, quiet and well appointed. He set up a coffee bar for us and left ample snacks plus some additional ones which were perfect for race day. He had a lovely note for me and mentioned there was fresh watermelon in the fridge!!! What a delish treat. we were close enough to town but needed a car to drive. Everything was 5ish mins away. great restaurants are in town, close to the Food City. one of the best Hosts!!! EVER!!

Great cozy stay in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains! Saltville VA is a hidden gem with so much history and charm. Dale along with others have done so much to revitalize and enhance this wonderful place and this space is no exception. If you’re looking for a quiet and charming mountain getaway spot, look no further! A few dining options close by along with expanded choices conveniently located in nearby Glade Spring or Abingdon. Grocery store is a minute away along with an excellent ice cream shop, bookstore, and antique store all within walking distance. Dale was an excellent host with plenty of helpful advice on the local scene. Hiking to The Channels was a highlight. Thanks and we’ll be back!

The cottage was very clean, plenty of room for two couples or would be great for a family of four. Nice clean bathrooms and kitchen. The cottage sits right beside a beautiful tumbling creek. Really nice outside decking and tables and chairs. Very peaceful.
