Newly remodeled in 2023/2024. Cozy cottage is a perfect place to get away and enjoy northern Michigan any season. Located in Houghton Lake, this cozy cottage sleeps 5, with room for you to play games, cook meals, and relax. It has a large yard and is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to many local shopping, food and activities. Just a short 10 minute walk to a nice public beach on Houghton Lake or 2 miles to launch your boat on the water. Just 4 miles to the ORV trailhead.

Lake Front Cabin with sandy beach!

Enjoy all the lake has to offer in this adorable lake front cabin with amazing views! Watch the sunrise from the kitchen while you sip a cup of coffee. The sunsets from our beach can’t be beat. The beach is sandy with no sea wall & perfect for swimming! The beach and dock are shared with 3 other cabins. If you plan to bring a watercraft please inquire about space before booking or ask about our pontoon rental! If you need more than one cabin we may have another available. Inquire by message.

Iroquois Lakeview -steps from the lake!

Welcome to our cozy cottage just across the street from Houghton Lake! Enjoy the nicest street on the lake, with lake views from the living room, dining room/kitchen, & the additional family room. Enjoy a glass of wine watching sunset from the large front deck and Amish seating. Lake access is a block away. Small boats may launch there. ORV trailhead is very close (we ride to the trailhead from the cottage), plus snowmobile trails, and state land. Public boat launch under 3 miles away.

Your outdoor activity dream home.

Nice ranch with Houghton Lake at the end of the street. Access to launch a small boat. DNR launch close by. Property is on Devonshire which is the access road for the ORV trails. Trails are 1/2 mile down the street. Large fenced in yard with fire pit, BBQ and swing set. Great for kids. Boating, trail riding, hunting or just relaxing this is it. Sheets and towels included. Well water. Please note we have security cameras to monitor outdoor house access. Our cleaning staff is top notch.

The Upstairs

This unique apartment is located kitty-corner from Lakeview Waterfront Park inside the "Houghton Lake Artisan Center". Home of "Under The Windmill" a Consignment Gifts & Lamp Shop and also, "The Studio", the ground floor apt. also available for guests to rent. The park is literally steps away and includes a beach, fishing pier, viewing platform, beautiful gardens, walkways, and breath-taking views. Luxury linens, Fully Equipped Kitchen w/Coffee, Variety of Soaps and special luxuries.

Rustic Log Cabin known as the Snowshoe Cabin

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in the north woods. Cabin has 2 twin size beds in the loft and a full size bed on main floor. Includes Kitchen table and chairs and a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster and a crockpot. There is a bathhouse on site with hot showers and bathrooms. Close to ATV/Snowmobile Trails and you can ride from your site. You will need to provide your own bedding, pillows, towels, cooking utensils and shower items

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space located on Denton Creek! Enjoy all the comforts of home in this Chalet Style Cabin - Any kitchen gadget you could need, luxury bedding, relaxing deck, large driveway and two car garage available for guest use! Cook a meal for your friends and family with all the quality kitchen gadgets you could need! Have side by sides, snow mobiles or a boat? Store them in the large driveway/garage comfortably during your stay!

Houghton Lake Escape

Our vacation property escape is super comfortable. It includes all dishes, pans, utensils you'll need. This 2 bedroom sleeps 6 easily with a bunk room, comfortable new pull out bed in the living room sofa, and a master bedroom with queen bed. Fully stocked kitchen. Air Conditioning in master bedroom and living room area. TV with Phillo TV and Internet. Washer and Dryer. Great area for ATVs and trails only blocks away!! The deck/porch is spacious with chairs and lounges.

The Cousin Cottage

Kick back and relax in this tranquil, stylish space. Indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit (with plenty of wood) and outdoor dining space. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need (small appliances, pots & pans, utensils, etc). Dining table with family games. Right across the street from the lake on the south shore. Located within walking distance to restaurants, stores, ice cream shop, etc. Half a block lake access for ice fishing and snowmobiling. No pets please.
