it's a beautiful, cozy and peaceful place. We really had a great time. Enrico was there to welcome us and introduced Ate Eva and Kuya Ariel who were very helpful and supportive during our stay. it's a very nice and comfortable place, we had everything that we need and place has a lot of things to do! The best ang hamoc and mini sports space with farm vibe, we enjoyed swimmingvin the pool and the sala was a great bonding place to watch netflix.. really, we love the place. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay in Laiya! The staff were very helpful—especially when they provided an extra mattress for my senior mom who couldn’t climb up to the bedspace upstairs. Resort personnel were friendly, the sheets were clean, and for the price, it was definitely worth it. It’s just a few steps away from the beach, plus the WiFi and aircon were strong the whole time. Parking is a bit far, but no worries—they assist with loading/unloading using a trolley. Just a heads-up: there’s a refundable P500 deposit if you plan to use their cooking utensils (we got ours back at checkout). It would’ve been perfect if there was a foot hose outside to rinse off sand before entering the unit, but overall, we were happy with our stay!

I am a foreigner from USA, I stayed 5 nights here. This was my first time in the area and also first time ever using airbnb. My overall experience was 5 stars easily. I came about 90 minutes before check in the care taker let me in. I had great communication throughout the whole process. The area is so quiet even though being about 500 meters from the main road. There is also a store 2 houses away from the airbnb. The pool was clean everything was clean. Has 3 showers 2 bathrooms. 1 shower is outside which is nice. Also has remote and parking for vehicles. AC is only in the master bedroom but they have 3 fans that you can strategically put around the house. I'm from California so the heat wasn't even close to as hot as it is back home so it was fine for me. They have Netflix and ps5 and a great sound bar also. You can watch TV and listen to music while in the pool. I want to make this clear. The owner has two wonderful care takers. Seriously great friendly people.

We stayed in their Bungalow house and it's really clean and spacious. We're a total of 14pax but we fit in and can move freely. It has one bathroom and a kitchen and dining area which we can also cook our own meals. There are a lot of things to do such as playing basketball, billiards, morning walk wihin their property, and their dipping pool -which the kids really enjoyed because its shallow and they can play freely. Short drive from picnic grove and crosswinds. you can really relax and unwind. Those who love nature would really appreciate the ambiance and the feels, -fresh air and full of trees and plants. Imagine a beautiful surroundings, a great escape from the city. The airbnb host is very comsiderate and accommodating. The staff in the resort are very warm and approachable. The owner is very nice and accommodating. He's friendly and humble. It's inspiring how he want to relive the memories of his grandma and the old simple life they had. Indeed, they are really a superhost.
