This lovely old renovated house from 1777 of 240 m² oozes charm and fine facilities for one or more families. South facing large landscaped garden with views of woods and stream from the terrace. Beach (900 m), 2 km from Nykøbing's supermarkets, restaurants , swimming pool, golf courses (4500 m), Sommerland Sj. (4km ) etc. Table tennis and table football . TV with 3 Danish and many German channels. Fibernet, WIFI. Bed linen etc can be supplied upon agreement.

The house was completely renovated in 2022 in a bright, Scandinavian style with a focus on functionality, personality and fine details. Here there is space for a larger family. You can challenge each other in basketball, football and volleyball, and on the covered terrace you can play board games and laze in the shade.

New cozy house close to beach in beautiful nature

Only ten minutes walk from the lovely child-friendly beach, 200 meters away from nearest restaurant, 1500 meter from grocery store, 5 kilometers from closets train station, lots of tourist sights in the area. It's a great house for cozy family times. The garden is very privat and you will have all the abilities to get either an active holiday with lots of sightseeing or just a relaxing holiday in the garden and at the beach.
