Monthly Rentals in Rorup

Was visiting Lejre for a wedding and stayed at Rene's annex for a single night - very nice place, quiet, peaceful and had all the basics. check-in was easy, and Rene was accomodating. If going to Lejre again, I could imagine staying there again 🙂

We stayed at Niels and Liz’s shepherd’s hut for our honeymoon and had the most wonderful time. They were incredibly welcoming, even with our late arrival due to a delayed flight, and shared great local tips throughout our stay. The hut was cosy and homely, with beautiful countryside views from the garden. The outdoor shower was warm and a fun, adventurous touch! It was a peaceful base for exploring: Copenhagen was easy to reach via nearby Lejre Station (with free parking), and we loved visiting North Zealand’s castles and Møn’s cliffs. The local area was full of charm, with thatched roofs, Viking history, farmland, and quiet countryside, yet close to towns with a pizzeria, harbour, and brewery. A perfect, romantic getaway - we’d love to return!

Brilliant spot. we booked super late and they made sure it was ready for us that evening. very close to the Airport so really useful there. Claus was very responsive on the messages with any questions I had. 5/5

We stayed in a more spacious apartment that had everything we needed – big fridge, coffee maker and best of all: a dishwasher! It really made it easier, especially when traveling with children. I would highly recommend any host to include dishwasher, it makes a big difference for families. The only small minus was that we didn't get the opportunity to greet some of the animals that were mentioned in the listing. But it was cold and wet outside, so we understand that's not always possible. Overall a good stay with amenities that allow you to relax and enjoy.
