The small spruce is located in the protected part of Røros and is therefore part of the cultural heritage. The cabin has all the comforts, large kitchen (with dishwasher), large bathroom (with washing machine and dryer), fireplace, sofa and three bedrooms with room for five/six people. In winter, just buckle up your skis outside the door and go straight up the trail to the Exhold Cabin and Skåkåsen.
