The hot tub must be refilled and emptied yourself, and cleaned after use. The cabin is rented on weekends, weekdays, during events nearby, holidays, etc.

In winter, there are uphill trails right outside the cabin door. Røros has an amazing trail network, with miles of ski tracks. The cabin consists of living room and kitchen in one, 2 bedrooms and bathroom +incineration toilet. The cabin is arranged for dog,with own dog yard and gated part of property. In the past year, the cabin has undergone some renovation and upgrading.
