An exclusive house in the very heart of one of France most famous wine village. All the comfort of a stylish contemporary home with the charm of an old village house. Relax in a very private courtyard with a pool, 3 sun decks with partly shaded areas or entertain friends and family around the BBQ area. The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. We recommend having your own vehicle (car, motorcycle or bicycle) to take full advantage of the place and its surroundings Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic Provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. The house provides a great base to explore the greater region and places like Avignon, Arles, the Luberon, Mount Ventoux, etc.

Central Townhouse with Secret Courtyard and Pool

Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

L'Oasis

The Oasis, a rare place for nature lovers in the middle of a 1-hectare olive grove between Uzès and the village of Collias. In this small architect's house in Vers stone with its private terrace, totally autonomous, solar electricity and drilling, you will find calm and tranquility. In the morning the peacocks will come to greet you and wish you a beautiful day. The Gardon and Alzon next door for swimming and a swimming pool shared with us, will refresh you on summer days

Le Mas Clément

Located 5 minutes from the Avignon Nord highway exit at the gates of the Luberon, our home benefits from attractive proximities. Indeed, Avignon city center is a 12-min drive away (5 min with the rail shuttle), 10 min from the Spirou and Wave amusement parks. Visit within a 30 km radius all that makes our region attractive (Gordes, Les Baux de Provence, Pont du Gard, Saint Rémy, Mont Ventoux, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Vaison la Romaine and the countless tourist villages)

2-room apartment in a Provencal farmhouse

The Mas includes a very quiet air-conditioned 2-room apartment in the middle of the vineyards, not overlooked. 5 minutes from the A9 motorway, this independent 2/3 room apartment with equipped kitchen, large double bed (140cm) and 2-seater sofa bed (160cm) with mattress (19cm). If booked for 5 people, we open an additional connecting room with 1 bed for 1 person in 120 cm. This third room can also be booked for 3 or 4 people by indicating a reservation for 5 people.

Detached house, located in the countryside on our wooded property, near our Provençal farmhouse, where you can relax as close to nature as possible in a green setting. You can stay independently, but also enjoy our region rich in history, its terroir and outdoor activities (cycling, canoeing, horseback riding, hiking...). The pool is reserved for you throughout your stay from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. It is treated with salt, it is not heated. The village is 2 km away.

Gîte in the heart of the Boucarut vineyard

Adjacent to the old Provençal farmhouse of our estate, we offer for rent a recently renovated annex. Our domain (in organic agriculture) and the gite are located in the heart of the vineyards of Roquemaure in the Lirac appellation and very close to Avignon and the A9 freeway exit. It is a farm gite with dogs, cats and chickens, the exteriors may be rustic but the gite offers all modern comforts and shared access to the pool with us (June to September).

Roquemaure, near Avignon in the heart of the Cotes du Rhône vineyards. Small cocooning house near Avignon, the Vaucluse department, but also the Uzès region, Pont du Gard and Nîmes. On the ground floor, 1 living room with 1 double sofa bed, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 toilet; Upstairs 1 master bedroom with 160 bed and 1 walk-in shower. A large terrace overlooking Mont Ventoux and Château Neuf du Pape will allow you to have a pleasant relaxing time.

La Maison aux Oliviers - Private Pool - Provence

"La Maison aux Oliviers" is a small charming farmhouse of 90 m2, air-conditioned, independent and located on an old olive grove, quiet in a landscaped garden offering a beautiful private heated and secure pool. Its large awning offers the possibility of living outside sheltered from the sun and wind (mistral). Close to the historic center, local market and shops (walking distance), it is perfectly equipped for remote work (high-speed fiber)

Accommodation in a green setting near Avignon

Independent accommodation, adjoining the main house. With an area of 50 m², air-conditioned, it includes a mezzanine bedroom with double bed, a living room with fireplace and 2-seater sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a parking lot. In an exceptional and quiet green setting, you can enjoy a swimming pool that is entirely reserved for you, and activities available to you. It is located in Provence, close to Avignon.

Villa Julio

You'll find us just a 10 minutes walk from the medieval village of Saint Laurent des Arbres and conveniently situated between the historic cities of Nîmes 30mins. and Avignon 25mins. There is easy access to the beaches, and the famous ‘ Camargue’ region. We are minutes from a beautiful pine forest and surrounded by vineyards. It's a great place for walking, biking and hiking and ideally situated for sightseeing.
