Under our timber-framed house, we rent out a 25m² studio with a private 12m² terrace, a picnic table with a parasol, and an electric plancha. The accommodation was built in 2019. . Enjoy a magnificent view of the valley, the Orb River, and the mountains. Between sea and mountain, ideally located in Cathar Country, in the dry pond of Marseillette, 15 minutes' walk from the Canal du Midi, this character cottage is the starting point for many walks, hikes, visits... The City of Carcassonne is less than half an hour away, the beaches of Gruissan and Narbonne 45 minutes away, Spain 1 hour away, many Cathar castles nearby...

Cessenon, a tourist village, is equipped with all amenities (restaurants, café, supermarket, bakeries...). Hiking trails, mountain biking, canoe bases nearby.

Enjoy this fabulous place with family or friends that offers good moments in view! Our rental is a village house built in 1848. Completely renovated, it is bright, spacious and has unobstructed river views. During your vacation in Roquebrun, you can swim in the Orb (300 meters away), canoe, hike or simply enjoy the house for a lazy moment, enjoying our local wines on the terrace.

Quiet in a typical hamlet

On the mountainside between Espinouse and Caroux (400m above sea level), this typical peasant construction of 62 m², eco-restored in 2017, accommodates you in the heart of a very quiet hamlet. From the terrace, a superb view of the Avants-Monts invites you to enjoy outdoor activities. A walk in the forest is possible even outside the cottage!
