House vacation rentals in Roosevelt Roads

Our family loved our time at Luis & Ivette's place during our family vacation. Luis reached out to us on day one to ensure we had a smooth check-in, offer suggestions for local restaurants and activities and introduce us to the neighborhood. The home was lovely and well-equipped. The outdoor space is fantastic for relaxing, grilling, and playing with children. Our granddaughter swam in the pool every day and we really appreciated all the games and pool toys that were available for her use. A wonderful place to stay with plenty of room for families.

One of our best airbnb stays so far, the house was fantastic and the hosts were amazing. We spent 8 days here and would spend weeks more if possible. Highly recommend.

We stayed at sugar paradise with another family. It was perfect for us. We lost power for part of our stay so it was nice to have the energy provided by the solar power system. I would definitely return to this “paradise” again!

I’ve been to Puerto Rico many times, and this Airbnb was by far the nicest, most secure place we have stayed at. Christie was so communicative and let us check in early since our flight was early which was so appreciated! The day we landed on the island, there was an island wide power outage, and it didn’t really affect us because of the generator at the Airbnb. The place was so clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed to make us feel right at home. The beds were all so comfortable. The house actually is even nicer in person than in pictures! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Christie provided a guide that provided very thorough instructions for check in and for our entire stay. Their location was excellent with a lot around and only 15-20 mins to San Juan. The neighborhood felt very exclusive. We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay in Puerto Rico!

Great place and super clean!

Beautiful, stylish and spacious home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed to make most meals at the home with ease, plus 2 grills outside. Awesome infinity pool with ocean views in picturesque back yard. 2 decks with plenty of comfortable seating and awesome views. Everything needed for a day at the beach available to use, plus washer, dryer and dishwasher. Towels were very soft. Lots of games, pool table and dart board for days spent at the home. Located in an area with short drives to many different sites and activities for everyone. We were able to check in early, and our host Kevin was responsive immediately when contacted (we were a bit needy). Sent handyman, Cesar, to check on an issue, who provided entertainment and gave helpful information on the area. Would recommend this home to anyone traveling to Laquillo and hope to be back many times in the future. Travelled with a group of 8, including 3 teenagers, and we all loved this home.

The house was just as the described, if not better. The photo of the view from the patio and pool doesn’t quite do it justice as you have a great view of the island, part of the rainforest and out onto the water. The house is a great location to sightseeing and visiting all the island has to offer. The house had all the amenities and more you could ask for. Olivia did a great job with communication and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

Love the house, love the hilltop view and the excellent pool. Don't need two kitchens but that is not a issue. Viequez is a charming place. The bioluminescent kayaking is absolutely extraordinary. Some good snorkelling at Punto Arenas. Great beaches. Some good restaurants too. Nice to get groceries and cook at home, pack sandwiches for beach etc. The local small brewery beer from Puerto Rico is remarkably good.

Sylvette’s place was beyond excellent. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and has everything we could need. It’s very well located, just 10 minutes from the airport, in a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood. The house is very cozy; me and my family felt right at home. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were clean and fresh when we arrived. The views were beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with equipment for us to cook with. Our family enjoyed using the pool table, foosball table, and ping pong table. All ACs were in great working condition and we slept very comfortably. We lost a debit card during our stay and the owner made it sure it got back to us. They very communicative via text message before, during, and after our stay! They were there to check in personally and ensure we had what we needed and could access the property. There are stairs to get to the entrance of the sleeping areas that is covered. At the bottom of the hill, there is public access to a beach, which has a shallow tide pool. When we were there, the water was very clear and the beach was not crowded at all. It is walkable from the house, however, this very much depends on your fitness level as the house is on a hill. I would suggest a jeep or similar vehicle. 100% recommend.

We highly recommend a stay at Hacienda we Azucena! From the moment we stepped onto the property we felt like we were transported into our own private, tropical paradise! It was like having a resort all to ourselves! The home was very well maintained, and the grounds absolutely pristine. We enjoyed countless hours in the pool and hot tub, as well as star gazing each night. As soon as the sun would go down, the rainforest came alive and we were immersed in all the wonderful sounds of nature. There were a couple hiccups during our stay, which is to be expected, since it is a home in the middle of the rainforest, but Carmen and Jamie were immediately responsive, and had the issues taken care of very quickly! I cannot recommend this property enough, and when my family returns to Puerto Rico, we will definitely be trying to stay here once again! If you’re heading to Puerto Rico, look no further because this is the place you want to stay!

Our stay in Vieques was absolutely wonderful. The house was beautiful, peaceful, and so relaxing — we especially loved the fruit trees, and our son spent hours happily splashing in the pool. When a power outage affected the whole island on our first day, Janos went out of his way to bring us a power bank for our phones and ice for our groceries. Throughout the trip, he checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. When our son accidentally left his favorite stuffed animal behind, they even kindly mailed it back to us — something we’ll always be grateful for. We truly felt so cared for during our stay. It was hard to leave, and we’re already dreaming about coming back!

Absolutely loved staying at Rosita’s place! We were a group of 7 so the space worked perfectly for us. The balcony was such a nice area to hang out in. A pretty quiet neighborhood with some yummy restaurants and close by to the Ceiba to Vieques/Culebra ferry, which was the intention of our stay. Not a whole lot to do in the area, but it’s a short drive to Fajardo or Luquillo. Instructions & communication from Rosita were always clear and prompt. She also had things like coolers that we were able to use during our stay. a 10/10 overall!

We had such a wonderful stay. It was a little tricky to find, especially at 230am, but Isaac was very helpful. The best surprise was the beach. If you love secluded beaches then you will fall in love. It is pretty much across the street. It was very cool to check out the old water park. Made for some pretty cool pictures. Cute backyard, complete with some rogue pomegranates. Friendly neighbor dogs and a pond to walk around. We would highly recommend.

We had such an amazing experience at Socorro’s Casa. There were wonderful little touches all over the house, everything was so clean and comfortable, and the pool was sooo beautiful and enjoyable. Best family vacation ever. This sums it up: our teenager was not into this spring break trip to Puerto Rico, but upon leaving Socorro’s home, he said, “can you please remember this place so we can come back someday?”…and he hasn’t been nearly as happy since we left.

Carlos was quick to answer our questions and the house was equipped with everything we needed. There was an island wide power outage during our stay, but we were not impacted because of the back up generator! There were plenty of linens and beach towels, pool accessories and kayaks. It's a perfect place to stay with kids. The house was spotless and the environment was so peaceful. We could have stayed on site the entire trip and we would have enjoyed every minute of it. We hope to return in the future.

I have to say I would definitely stay again. Terrence was a great host, responds to message super quick and really helpful. The place was in excellent condition, very secure place very clean. The location is really close to a lot of things, 17 mins away to old San Juan, 9 mins to Walmart and other restaurants. Even though less than 24 hrs into our stay the island had a total blackout Terrence was really helpful. Checked on us throughout the day, making sure we were ok. Really did appreciate that. You may see the neighborhood to be a little sketchy but to be honest it is a very very quiet neighborhood. Thank you Terrence for opening your home.

The house is comfortable, large with everything you might need. In a very quiet neighborhood and the host was quick to provide everything we needed.

My friends and I stayed at this amazing Airbnb located right on Luquillo Beach. Seriously the most beautiful and quiet beach you will ever see. The pool was used basically everyday. It was nice to have a private area for us to use while we waited for other people to get ready for the day, or cool off after a long day of hiking and exploring the area. This air bnb is huge and honestly exceeded our expectations. The host was very responsive and friendly. There were even beach chairs and a beach cart for our use. He recommended lots of places and activites for us to do. CNote the Jazz bar is a must. Great location, we were able to either walk or drive everywhere. 25 minutes to the rain forest, 25 minutes to farajado. Highly recommend his place and location!

Luis and Miguelina are amazing hosts! Our flight got in early and they allowed us to drop off our luggage. Plus the 7 min ride to the airport at 5:00am was nice! My family and I enjoyed our stay. We felt safe and loved that we could park our rental in the garage. Not to mention the sitting area inside the garage was a nice touch. Cold AC and enjoyed the fact that there was no clutter in the house. Beautiful kitchen with plenty of cookware.

We had a group of 10 and really enjoyed our stay! The bedrooms are set up perfectly for at least 2 families. Having our own beautiful pool was also amazing! One of the showers didn’t work well, so hopefully that gets fixed. We would stay again!

Gabriel's place was amazing, it's even better than the pictures. It was a great stay would definitely come back.
