Wonderful stay in Oscar's condo. The views from the balcony were great as was the sand beach just steps away. The beach never had more than 10 people on it which made it seem almost secluded even though it is a pretty large resort. The pool area was great, area restaurants were also equally as great. Very short drive to El Yunque which we spent a day at. Arrive early as road construction up the mountain drops down to one lane more than once and backs traffic up quite a bit as crowds increase. The condo itself was great. Large, spacious, plenty of room for two families to spread out. Highly recommend Oscar's place

Had a great stay for a week with my fiance and another couple. The place was as described and host went above and beyond to address any concerns and give local recommendations. The place was clean and just as described in the pictures. One thing was that the showers didn’t have great hot water supply, however this is common in PR and probably out of Ami’s control. We had one issue with the stove and Ami answered almost immediately to help rectify the issue. While the apartment can be a bit noisy due to the bars across the street, the white noise machines available for you were more than helpful to get a restful night sleep. Overall great experience and would highly recommend staying there.

We had an amazing time at Liz’s place. The view from the balcony was incredible and she provided a number of amenities, including beach towels, floats, and snorkeling fins. She was responsive and also provided recommendations for local areas and events that were happening during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Easy check in, you just have to follow instructions, elevators work, stunning view, photos as described,very spacious. Ac worked great, bathroom shower was amazing. Note there is no shade or curtain for the sliding doors (if you are sensitive to light) beach chairs, beach towels were included. Host was very responsive and addressed a small issue we had with bed sheets. There is plenty of lighting that is adjustable as well as 2 ceiling fans and 3 separate A/C units on the wall. 2 TV’s on the wall. There is a binder of instructions with rules, which looks overwhelming but self explanatory. Our stay was for 4 days, quiet building, they have a washer dryer downstairs. There is pool we didn’t get to even look at, because it said it needed reservation on the rule book, security guard said no reservation needed. (So check it out)Plenty of parking never had and issue finding a spot. Felt safe a lot of nice restaurants walkable distance from condo. Would recommend and would stay here again. 5⭐

As a fellow Airbnb co-host, owner, and someone who does hotel and Airbnb video reviews. I always give very honest reviews to help travelers who are new to a country/area. This listing is much more than I expected. The photos do not do the place justice. - There’s a flow of ocean breeze throughout the whole apartment 24/7 if you keep the windows open- no bugs or crazy neighbors - Sunrise/sunset on the “beach” is very peaceful and rewarding - I am soo glad that I stayed in Fajadro over San Juan. It’s within 10-25 minutes to EVERYTHING. Top rated food spots, the rainforest, beautiful mountains, and amazing variety of beaches ( public and hidden) with different sand types (very cool). I spent a day exploring San Juan & that was enough - Water gets hot - The apartment is literally equipped with EVERYTHING you need, beach chairs, coolers, kitchen/bathroom essentials. - GREAT FOR SOLO TRAVEL AS WELL, I felt at home - The hosts were kind and responsive too.

Carlos’s place was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Host was friendly and responsive, location is within 10-15 minutes ride of many beaches and other attractions, a lot of restaurants and bars near by. His recommendations made a trip unforgivable.

We had a wonderful stay! Milly was the perfect host- extremely responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, including beach towels, chairs, and coolers, which made our beach days so easy. The ocean views from the condo were absolutely beautiful, and waking up to the breeze each morning was a highlight. The apartment lobby is pretty basic, but once inside the unit, it feels welcoming and comfortable! The location is perfect- just a short drive to San Juan and super close to the airport, with plenty of great food options within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Absoloutely amazing location--you can hear the waves at night, you can sit on the balcony and watch the ocean while enjoying your breakfast. I walked barefoot to the beach every day--its that close. Our stay at this studio apartment in Fajardo was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The apartment was extremely comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The space was spotless, the bed was cozy, and all the amenities made our stay effortless and enjoyable. One of the absolute highlights was the breathtaking view. Waking up to the sight of the ocean and the stunning surroundings was an unforgettable experience. The location was also fantastic. We were just a short distance from several excellent restaurants, offering a variety of delicious local cuisine. Beyond the apartment itself, the atmosphere in Fajardo was incredible. The people were extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall, this was a perfect stay, and we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic, and convenient place to stay in Fajardo. We can’t wait to come back!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. I came with my husband, mother-in-law and 1-year-old daughter. It was comfortable and cozy for all of us. The views of the ocean from the condo was incredible and breathtaking. It suited our family of 4 perfectly. I will stay again. Thank you!

Great location!!! So close to everything we needed, and the 24 hour store across the street was so convenient! Beach chairs, cooler, and boogie boards were provided. It even had a 24 hour security guard so you always feel safe! Definitely recommend!

We had a good experience at Sandra’s airbnb. The place was clean and spacious enough for our family with two little kids. The only issue we faced were the number of steps while dragging our luggage to the lobby (wish the building had a ramp) and the aircraft noise. Other than that this was an awesome airbnb!

Beautiful clean place, close to restaurants and beaches. Pool was nice but make sure you enjoy in the morning because the sun sets at the front of the building. I loved that they provided beach chairs and coolers! Would stay here again for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home! It's in an ideal location—super close to the airport, which made our travel so much easier. The apartment was easy to find. The beach is just a short walk away and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The home itself was spotlessly clean and had a cozy, inviting atmosphere that made it feel like a true getaway. The balcony was nice. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay!

This unit is exactly as pictured with plenty of space, comfy beds and linens, a stocked kitchen and beautiful view. Cold AC in both bedrooms, but not in the living room. Secure building with elevators. Slightly dated but clean and well kept. Our only complaint was the location is next to a very busy marina, there is often noise and loud music from the boats and the restaurant next door but it stopped by midnight or so. Overall we were very pleased and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our week. The check in was easy and the condo was as described. The convenience of the beach directly across the street and the shared pool out the backyard was great, particularly for families traveling with kids. The exterior of the condo complex and grounds look a little tired in places, but it is all clean and useable. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The interior of the apartment was clean, beds comfortable, AC in every room, and Omar was communicative and helpful. For instance, the beach umbrella was broken (one of the spokes broken likely just by wind at beach) and Omar quickly went out to replace it and gave us two new ones. There are lots of restaurants, including the kioskos, nearby. We also explored El Yunque, did a snorkeling boat tour, and spent a lot of time in the beach. Having two showers available was great for a family of 6 after days at beach and pool. Highly recommend!

Vincent went out of his way to help us with recommendations and even brought over some books for us to read. He was flexible and kind and we very much appreciated his help as well as his very capable staff. Someone met us at the Amigo supermarket and led us to the condo. They were all great.

This is a cute condo with a beautiful beach, we felt like we were on a private island! It’s a great location to hike the national forests and far enough away from the big city. Lots of extra beach gear was available to use. I’d definitely recommend Juan’s place!

Our group of 3 had a lovely stay. Host was helpful and the place was clean and comfortable. Having a pool and beach amenities (chairs, towels, boogie boards) was a huge plus along with the welcome snacks. The beach out front was not great for swimming (we were also there during a windy period so that made it harder), but it’s an easy drive to some other more protected spots. Nice restaurants are a short drive, and it’s easy to get to the rain forest for some cool hikes and adventures. Overall, we were very happy with the condo.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! I would for sure visit again.
