Great, clean space at a great location. Having on-site parking was very helpful. Nice ocean views from multiple rooms.

We stayed here as a family of 4 whilst sight seeing in New York. The apartment very comfortably accommodated us all. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was well equiped and had everything we needed. There is a big hypermarket about 5 mins walk away. The beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment building and surrounding area was quiet. It was about 7 or 8 minutes walk to get to the bus to get over the George Washington Bridge and then onto the Subway system. All in all this was a great place to stay.

My twin sons go to college nearby and we were visiting family for Thanksgiving and this was the perfect place for us to stay at and feel at home while we were away. Great location and a cozy private apt that had everything we needed. Definitely stay here again! Roomy place in a very pretty neighborhood.

This is an absolute gem for a stay in NYC. Very close to the Apollo Theatre (unfortunately, our schedule did not align with their „Beginner‘s Night“) and the subway, you‘re met by a kind and helpful host in Milton. Also, the place is incredibly quiet, making for very relaxing nights. Thanks again

Ruthy and Jonathan's apartment is perfectly true to the listing, it is perfectly clean, it contains everything you need for a great stay: We felt right at home. For a family of 3–4 people it is ideal. Its location near the PATH (10 min walk) makes it perfect for days in Manhattan and allows you to recharge in Hoboken in a neighborhood that is both family-friendly and lively (with many shops, businesses, restaurants and bars). Ruthy was very available to answer our various questions, and was very accommodating so that we could make the most of our trip. In short, everything was perfect, we will undoubtedly come back to New York and will definitely stay at Ruthy's in Hoboken. Thank you

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Henri was incredibly responsive and made sure all of my questions were answered promptly, which made the whole process seamless and stress-free. The home itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was spacious and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, from kitchen items to fresh linens. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. Bigger and better than the pictures ! We rented this house for a family trip huge rooms and 3 bathrooms it was perfect more than enough space . Great location . The only issue was I couldn’t adjust the heat but once I reached out to Tiran he responded and adjusted for me . I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting nyc and New Jersey

Lovely place. Host was very nice and the house was lovely. the apartment is in walking distance of a bus stop. Very clean and well taken care of. would 100 percent stay here again!

This was our second time staying at Harun’s property and we loved it! The surrounding area is just so stunning and the hosts do a very good job of communicating and making the space clean and cozy. We will definitely be back!
