Big size room for New York. the location is nothing short of brilliant. See Time Square from the window. Lots of Subway transport. The one thing I didn't like was the internet was slow. You had to pay a daily fee to get a faster speed. I thought they were already charging top dollar and they could put the internet in with it. Overall great place.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the check in counter. Great room with a fantastic view over Manhattan! Room was exactly like the photos and was very quiet. We heard no outside noise but also did not hear anything from neighbouring rooms. The room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable! We had two queen beds and stayed here with our 17 year old daughter. The room was big enough for the 3 of us. Easy access to Manhattan via de tramway or the metro, both a few minutes walk from hotel. A great place to stay! I would definately come to stay here again!

It is a charming place, in the middle of lots to do, easy in, easy out, instructions were clear. My phone died as I arrived, but I could remember some of the things Min wrote, and the rest were obvious - the right lockbox, which key for which door, all worked smoothly. I’ll stay again when I return.

Quiet place to stay, great environmental neighborhood, lot of diversity restaurants and groceries in the area, some restaurants closed until late, close to train station although not short distance….about 8 minutes walk.
