In the basement of the old transformer in Grimstad, there is the laboratory of Grimstad Soda Factory. The soda factory that wants to make the world's best soda. Here you can rent a bed for one night or more. A large double bed is lowered from the wall, and in no time you have a great bed. It is about 140 cm above the ground, so don't be afraid of heights and be a bit sporty. With a view up to the sky outside. Urban location. Parking is just outside. New timber house with a fantastic view of the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya in the west. Large and spacious house with high ceilings in the living room/kitchen. Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.

Our cabin is idyllically located in the middle of Raet National Park, all for itself with spectacular views of the sea. Here you can enjoy walks, swimming areas and waves, even on stormy days. The cottage is newly renovated with a Sigdal kitchen, new porch, awning, Weber grill, fire pan, and outdoor fireplace. Sleeping space for 6. Rowboat also belongs to the cabin, but you should be several to lift it out. The cabin is perfect for quiet days or adventures in ocean gap and nature
