Quiet and central neighbourhood, not far from the bustle of downtown Cape Town, and many of the fantastic Cape Town sights. *10 mins from CT Airport ($6 Uber) *12 mins from Kirstenbosch *15 mins from Cape Town V&A TV including Netflix & Disney plus.

This sunny, private garden flat is separate to the house with it's own entrance and off-street parking. There is an enclosed paved garden with a Webber BBQ. We are close to major highways, a stone's throw away from the Kenilworth Race Course and 2kms away from a vibrant village with restaurants and pubs. You will find a convenience store, hair dresser and coffee shop 200 meters away. For load shedding backup, we have an UPS for the WIFI, a gas cooker and rechargeable light bulbs and light.
