Close to the town center, a communal room, the exhibition park (15 min) and the center of Rennes (15 min), this accommodation consists of a room and toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs is a double bed, shower cabin and sink. A mattress can be added if the accommodation accommodates more than 2 people. There is no kitchen but there is a microwave, fridge and other utensils (plates, cutlery, etc.) at your disposal. All types of shops and some restaurants are a 5-minute walk from the property.

Our outbuilding is an old bread oven that we refurbished. Mezzanine room under the eaves accessible by a staircase, miller's ladder type (quite steep).
