Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Roma Norte

This house in Colonia Condesa was spacious and well appointed. It’s in a great location with lots of restaurants, shopping, and parks nearby. Our host, Pedro, met us out front and provided a quick tour of the space despite our late arrival. Our family group included an infant and a three year old and Pedro was able to provide a stroller, toddler seat, and a travel pen for us to use during our stay. These additional items were trip savers! Pedro was super responsive to our requests from start to finish! This included the flexibility to storage our luggage with two pickup times! Above and beyond level of help. As in any big city neighborhood, being next to restaurants, cafes, and bars is a positive that comes with loud noises. This was a bit challenging on nights when the music was loud with a strong base.

This place was more than what I expected. It doesn’t have a central kitchen but each room has its own mini fridge and a burner, in case you want to make something. Each room has its own door code for added security and privacy. The area is very walkable and so many restaurants and cafes nearby to choose from. Not an exaggeration either. There are many. Will definitely book again.

Great location and clean house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Martin's lovely house. The bedrooms are all comfortable and private. The concrete and tile bathtub in the primary suite is beautiful and relaxing! The house is a bit of a walk from the main part of Coyoacan, but it's a nice walk. Felt very safe. The house got a bit cold as we were there in late December, but the chill was offset by the sweet holiday decorations they left for us! Just make sure you take sweaters and warm socks if you are there in winter :) Martin was a great host - clear communication and was as flexible as he could be with our check in/out needs. We would love to stay there again.

Wonderful experience to be located in the historic area of Coyoacan in a historic home. Very comfortable bed, tranquil surroundings. Enjoyed both the patio off the bedroom with the beautiful flowering trees and the walled in patio off the dining area. A truly memorable experience. Along with good restaurants in the immediate area a short walk to La Comer , an amazing two level grocery with anything you would want.

I loved the place, the location is excellent, we have already been in Arbn for about 8 years in different places and I am infinitely grateful when they put beds with a super comfortable mattress. Sometimes we travel for pleasure or for work, but there is no price for a comfortable night.

We stayed for 6 days, it is very convenient to go for a walk at any time and with a location near the Chapultepec forest and downtown, communication with Arturo was very good, he informed us about the events in the city and was attentive to any need we had

Guisela is a thoughtful, kind, and attentive host. Her apartment is spacious yet cozy, with lots of light and everything you need to feel at home. Lots of details, often missing from other rentals I’ve stayed at, are taken care of for you, like shampoo/conditioner/soap and extra toilet paper and towels, cooking equipment/dishes/Tupperware, and cooking oil/salt/pepper and napkins and paper towels. The neighborhood is calm and in a great location to explore the city. It’s walkable and has lots of food options nearby (restaurants/groceries/markets). I would definitely stay at Guisela’s apartment again and highly recommend it!

Overall great rental. Beds were nice and the home was quaint. You will be in close proximity to a lot of fun places in Roma. Security guard at the front during the day and a double locked door for at night. Comfortable beds and a cozy atmosphere. The only cons I had were very very minor and more like points I would like to flag for future guests: (1) I couldn’t figure out the tv for two days, so instructions would have been nice, but maybe another person would figure it out instantly - and it worked great when I got it going, the host has a lot of good sports channels; and (2) I could not find a fan and it got a little humid / warm just after dark, but it would become bearable for me around 10pm ish. At the end of the day, the host and house were a 5 star experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice spot in Roma.

Great place to stay, walkable to a lot of nearby restaurants and markets. Extremely close to all the museums and would stay here again. Felt extremely safe and the host and doorman were extremely helpful.

The stay was amazing. The place is beautiful, comfortable and according to what the description promises. The host was waiting for our arrival to deliver the apartment to us, it was in excellent condition; everything was clean and tidy. The location of the place is great; close to many attractions, tentitas, and local stalls for breakfast without getting away from the block. My friends and I loved it, I highly recommend it and would request the stay again on future visits. 👌🏻

The house was absolutely beautiful! perfectly decorated and cozy. we loved the pool and the hot tub. the couple who take care of the property were lovely. there was a little snafu upon our arrival as the date had been miscommunicated to them so they were not present when we arrived, but they came right away when they were notified and let us in the gate.

Everything was amazing, Luis always with a great attitude and service. Her house is very nice, with lots of privacy and extremely comfortable. I would definitely come back and I will gladly recommend it

Without a doubt, the place exceeded our expectations. My family and I really had a great time, Carlos and the support staff were always very attentive and accessible. Blanca was a very nice hostess and very responsive. She wants to ensure you have the best time possible. We stayed for three days, and found it more and more charming each day. The place holds many secrets, and if you are lucky, you will have the pleasure of finding them.

A very nice space, comfort, cleanliness, very spacious and with all the amenities they offered. The only thing was that the pool water was a bit cold, but in other aspects it exceeded expectations. Thanks to the host and support staff who were always attentive and very helpful. We hope to return soon
