Sandsøy - our island paradise outside Harstad

Sandsøy is the place for recreation and tranquility. The location of the house provides immediate access to hiking trails suitable for all ages. The house is located by the sea with fantastic views of Senja and the ocean and is the ultimate place to enjoy the midnight sun in the summer and Northern Lights in the winter. The house is from 1930 but has been significantly upgraded in recent years. Sandsøy is part of the arch with bridge to Grytøya and tunnel to Bjarkøy. Great spots with opportunities for top tours and exciting excursions in the Tore Hund kingdom.

The apartment has kitchen avd. with integrated refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and kitchen equipment. Bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine, among other things. Wifi + Smart TV w/Channel Digital (satellite dish). 3 beds in bedrooms (family bunk; 150 + 90) + spacious sofa bed in the living room. Excellent apartment for 3 persons but can stay up to 5 persons if desired.

After being a host in Oslo since 2011, I have renovated this cabin far up north where I was born, and my family still live. With loads of Scandinavian design objects, it also comes equipt with everything you might need or didn't know you needed to make your stay epic! 2 bikes, 2 fishing rods and fancy coffee gear is also free for you to use. The location is in the middle of the local village, and the view and space are spectacular. Enjoy the midnight sun and northern lights in this modern cabin.

Unlimited fishing and hiking potential. 35 minutes drive from airport & Harstad, 2.5 hours from Lofoten. Road access and free parking by the cabin. 10 minutes drive to grocery store & the sea. New cabin with midnight sun located right at the beachfront at SørSenja. Great location to see the Northern Lights out over the sea in the direction of Andøya. New Joker shop in the surrounding area, several hiking trails, halibut museum, national park, inland and sea fishing, boat rental nearby. 2 hours by car from Bardufoss airport. 1 hour drive to Finnsnes. 1 hour by fast boat to Harstad. 3 mattresses upstairs in the loft in addition to the two bedrooms. Welcome.
