Vacation rentals with a patio in Roissy-en-France

Fabulous apartment and super responsive hosts. Loved the vibrant location in the heart of Paris near Metro and lots of great restaurants. Apartment is bright,airy and super comfortable for my husband and I . We very much appreciated all the attention to our requests for help navigating Paris. A winner all around!

We had a great stay in Leah’s apartment. It was really quiet and peaceful as it’s at the back of the apartment block. Everything was super clean when we arrived, and very easy to find and access with the instructions. Perfect location as we walked there 10 minutes from the Eurostar, and it’s one minute walk to the metro to go out each day. Plenty of bakeries and food shops nearby for breakfast and supplies. Lovely restaurants a short walk away as well.

Logement conforme au descriptif. Le seul petit bémol étant la nuisance (circulation se calmant très nettement durant la nuit) ... on y était également lors de la finale, du coup un peu plus animé et plus longtemps, mais cela reste un détail. Boulangerie juste en bas de l'immeuble, centre commercial en face de l'immeuble. Le plus étant le parking privatif couvert.

Die Wohnung ist eine Oase in der Stadt. Wir haben uns mit zwei kleinen Kindern sehr sicher gefühlt und die Ruhe nach dem Ausflug in die Stadt genossen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Für die Kinder war alles notwendige und Spielzeug vorhanden. Die Metro ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, von dort fährt man ca 20 Minuten zu Notre Dame und weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die schönen, gemütlichen Terrassen! Mit einem Frühstück vom Supermarkt unten im Haus ein toller Start in den Tag. Direkt an der nächsten Ecke ist ein Park mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Also perfekt für eine Familie, um Stadt und Spiel zu verbinden. Aber auch ohne Kinder sehr schön, es gibt 3 Arbeitsplätze für mobiles Arbeiten! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Mei Partner und ich waren froh das wir das Apartment genommen haben da es außerhalb von Paris liegt, also perfekt, um mit dem Auto anzureisen. Es gab eine Tiefgarage, in der wir das Auto parken konnten. Das Apartment war genau so wie auf den Fotos und wie es beschrieben ist. Der check-in und check-out waren super einfach es wurde genau kommuniziert wie es läuft und wenn man fragen hatte wurde einem sofort geholfen. Mit der Bahn gelangt man schnell in das Stadtzentrum von Paris. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, sie war jederzeit erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

We enjoyed our stay here so much and really loved the apartment. Eric and Amélie really made us feel at home here. The apartment itself has everything: small kitchen & kitchen cookware/utensils, washer/dryer, kitchen table for 2 with a bottle of wine (thank you!), full bath, steamer to use, balcony to have meals on and a nice sized TV. Aesthetically it was also very pleasing and we enjoyed hanging out inside. There is a grocery store just across the street and a ton of restaurants around to eat at. This place has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Paris. You can also see the top of a Eiffel tower if you stand outside on the balcony. That was nice to see when it was lit up at night.

Appartement super jolie très propre le confort est présent, moi et mes amies ne regrettons pas ce séjour, très bonne communication également avec le propriétaire, très sympathique :))

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

Siri nous a accueillis à notre arrivée et hôte vraiment très sympa , très arrangeante. Logement au top! bien placé et quartier très calme. je recommande sans problème.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Väldigt fin service! När vi ville grilla så kom Tarik med grillkol och tändredskap ❤️ Frukt, bröd, dryck och godis fanns till oss när vi kom. Kan rekommenderas.

Herzlichen Dank, liebe Amela, für deine großartige Gastfreundschaft! Wir haben uns in deinem Haus mit dem wunderschönen Garten rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – ideal, um das Disneyland zu besuchen: In wenigen Minuten ist man dort, oder man nimmt den Bus, der direkt um die Ecke hält. Auch ins Zentrum von Paris gelangt man bequem mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr gepflegt und komfortabel. Für uns – vier Erwachsene und ein Kind – war sie absolut ausreichend und bot alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders der liebevoll angelegte Garten war ein Highlight und ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort zur Erholung nach aufregenden Tagen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Diese Unterkunft ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert – für Familien, Disneyland-Besucher oder Paris-Entdecker gleichermaßen. Nochmals vielen Dank für alles!

Hanifa est très réactive et arrangeante concernant les horaires d'arrivée. Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé, par contre il ne convient pas à des personnes à mobilité réduite à cause des nombreuses marches et des escaliers (la maison est sur deux étages, on rentre par le sous-sol). Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis et impeccables, ce qui est un gros plus. La maison est très bien placée, à cinq minutes à pieds de la gare RER et juste à côté des commerces. C'est très pratique de pouvoir garer deux (petites !) voitures devant la maison, comme le stationnement dans la rue est payant.

Perfect location for what we wanted, short drive to Chantilly and five minutes from train station which is 5 stops from Gare du Nord for a day trip into Paris. The accommodation is as described and perfect for our family of 5.

Wir waren zu viert in Paris und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Empfang war herzlich, die Unterkunft sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders der schöne Garten und die ruhige Lage haben uns begeistert. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Idéal pour assister à événement au Stade de France et rentrer après très vite à pied, avec place de stationnement sous l'immeuble.

This was my second visit to Remco's place. The apartment is beautifully designed and it's such a pleasure to spend time in it, and the area of Paris it's located in. Thank you for being such a great host and we look forward to our next visit!

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb close to Disneyland Paris! From the moment we booked, communication with the host was excellent—friendly, prompt, and helpful with local tips and clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The home itself was spotless and very well maintained, which we really appreciated as a family traveling with kids. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The space had everything we needed for a stress-free stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and cozy beds. The location was perfect—just a short drive to Disneyland Paris, and situated in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. We felt safe and at home throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to any families visiting the area. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Logement tout à fait conforme à l’annonce, situé dans une rue au calme. Idéal pour un passage par le parc Astérix ou le château de Chantilly. Kamel nous accueilli lui même, ce qui est un petit plus.
