Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Ce logement paisible offre un séjour détente pour la famille ou entre amis. Idéalement situé à environ 20 min de Disneyland et 30 min de Paris, il est proche de toutes commodités, la gare RER se trouvant à environ 7 min à pied (direct Paris Saint Lazare en 30min). Il se compose d'un salon avec cuisine ouverte et entièrement équipée, un canapé convertible, 1 chambre avec 1 grand lit, une salle de bain avec douche et un WC. Our property is ideal for families, couples and business travelers. The apartment is located on the 3rd and last floor, with elevator, in a quiet residence, close to all amenities: restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Possible to park your car for free in the surroundings or in the basement car park upon request. You will be less than 200m from Exit 3 of the Bussy Saint Georges RER station, which is 2 stations and 7 minutes away from Disneyland Paris, or 12-15 minutes by car.

Large apartment on the 1st floor of a beautiful house with separate entrance and fully equipped kitchen, lounge area with TV, cable and wifi. In a quiet residence, you will find all the comforts for a relaxing stay in a charming city. My accommodation is close to shops, 15 minutes from Disneyland Paris and RER E direct Saint lazare in 30 minutes, Paris by A4 40 minutes by car. Studio cocooning & terrasse

Détendez-vous dans ce logement unique et tranquille. Charment studio, en plein centre ville. Une très grande terrasse. Il y’a un fauteuil qui se transforme en lit d’appoint (si vous souhaitez que le lit soit préparé si vous êtes que deux merci d’ajouter impérativement 3 personnes !!!), à 20 min en voiture de Paris et Disney ou 30 min en transport. 2eme avec ascenseur, dans une petite résidence de standing. Fêtes ou soirée interdite !!
