Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a secure residence with self check-in, the apartment is 150 m from the center and its amenities. Nice house with terrace and garden

In a quiet residence, independent south-facing studio with a large terrace of 25 m2 not overlooked with a garden of 100 m2. 15 min from the RER E train station on foot or bus in front of the house or the Francilienne or A4 3-5 minutes by car. Small shopping area 5 min walk for your daily shopping. Two cats, one black and the other black/white, share our daily lives and are very nice. Please respect them and do not feed them.

Pleasant small townhouse of 27 m2 refurbished, comfortable and bright. The accommodation is close to all amenities such as bakery, tobacco shop, grocery store, hairdresser/barber, post office... A double bed in the bedroom with brand new bedding. Mattress purchased in February 2024 Bed and bed base purchased in June 2024. New pillows since mid-December 2025. A covered market 2 min walk on Saturday mornings
