Our apartment is located in Röhrnbach in the heart of the Bavarian Forest between the three-river city of Passau and the Bavarian Forest National Park. The exposed location of our house on the edge of the forest on the Reisersberg offers the best panoramic view of the Freibachtal and, in good weather, the Alps. The apartment has two bedrooms, a feel-good bathroom, eat-in kitchen, storage room and hallway as well as a balcony. It can accommodate 2 - 4 people and has a size of about 63 square meters.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

The apartment is on the first floor with hallway, living room with fireplace and sofa bed also extendable as double bed, bedroom with double bed also individually adjustable, kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. Wi-Fi, TV available. Quiet location on the edge of the forest, Passau and Vilshofen an der Donau about 20 km away. Parking spaces available. Suitable for fitters, field workers and short breaks. We ask for an inexpensive shuttle service to Pullmanncity 10 km

With a terrace and a private garden for your exclusive use, the house provides space for peace and relaxation in a quiet natural setting. Hiking trails around Dreisessel and the Hochficht ski resort begin right outside the door. A true break from everyday life.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.
