I came to Austria/Linz for a temporary work assignment and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this apartment: -The host/hostess was responsive. -The location was excellent, offering a great view of the Danube river. I could simply step out and walk along the river to relax. -The apartment was spacious and functional. Although it was old, everything worked fine, so I have no complaints. -The heating system worked great. -There was no shower in the bathroom, but there was a huge bathtub where I could relax and take a bath. -My only issue was with the WiFi signal, which was not the best. I had to use my phone for important meetings. Overall, I would definitely come back if I have to stay in Linz again, and I would highly recommend this apartment

Eine sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung, klimatisiert und angenehm zum Übernachten. Der kleine Spielplatz und dass es in wenigen Gehminuten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt, sind tolle Pluspunkte. Peter und Astrid sind freundlich und fürsorglich, gaben uns auch noch zusätzliche Informationen- vielen Dank.

Malgré l’absence d’accueil à notre arrivée, les instructions étaient très claires pour trouver le logement et y accéder. L’appartement était très agréable. Je souhaite mentionner tout de même que la salle de bain est à part. Nous avons la possibilité de prendre des bains et de profiter d’une cuisine pour nos repas. Nous avons rencontré le propriétaire au cours de notre séjour, qui s’est montré très bienveillant et nous a fait des recommandations tout en discutant gentiement et en nous rendant service. Tout s’est bien passé et était clair, je recommande !

Had a fabulous stay with Hannah! The apartment is in a charming old building in the city center with plenty to do in walking distance and accessible trams. Hannah knows the city well and is a fabulous host. Would stay there again!

Wir sind für eine Woche hier gewesen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war für zwei Personen sehr großzügig, ausgefallen und komfortabel ausgestattet mit einem schönen Blick auf die Donau. Alles in der Wohnung ist weitgehend selbsterklärend. Modern und klar in einem alten Gemäuer. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, alle wichtigen Dinge sind im Ort leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Margarete und Lorenz haben schnell reagiert, wenn es Nachfragen gab. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

der Aufenthalt war sehr gut! Bei Elisabeth ist man direkt mitten drin in der Familie, mit Herz führt sie Ihre Gäste in einen zauberhaften Aufenthalt. Hier hat man die Möglichkeit abzuschalten und Reiseanstrengungen abzulegen. Frische Früchte aus dem Garten liegen auf dem Frühstückstisch und am Abend sitzt man, wer möchte, mit in der großen Küche zum Speisen und zum Diskutieren.
