Very clean and beautiful accommodation. Huge spacious and cozy!

We were two friends with three children and it was ideal! The place is very nicely renovated and huge. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We felt very comfortable and the children had a great time with the baby cats and with the horses and ponies, with which we also rode. The location is also great if you want to visit Ikuna Park, for example!

Martin is a wonderful and well-organized host. We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was great and well described!

Central location, cozy decor, which now looks a bit unloved due to the many stays. Great view over Linz, super quiet location and yet quickly in the city and on public transport. Communication was also great, Klaus responded quickly and precisely. Thanks!

The hosts were fantastic and very accommodating for our late arrival. They were friendly, welcoming and immediately made us feel at home. I highly recommend Philipp and Petra’s apartment. They were extremely helpful and warm hosts. They even helped me with my laundry . It felt like home away from home. The apartment has everything from slippers umbrellas to a variety of teas! I can just go on and on. I highly recommend their place and thank you so much for hosting us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sabine's place. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos - it is very tasteful and lovingly decorated - we would move in here immediately. It offers a lot of space (there are four of us) and we didn't miss anything. We had breakfast - in the sunshine - in the garden. The house is very quietly located, which we particularly enjoyed. It was very clean! Sabine was flexible with check-in and the communication was great. We got a lot of tips and were very sorry we were only there for a weekend. However, we will be happy to come back :-)

Peter was very easy to reach. He gave us clear instructions for self check-in. This was also very flexible. Very quiet location and beautiful surroundings. Parking is available. Looks like the pictures. Highly recommended and great value for money.

Christian was always available if you had any questions. The apartment and location is nice and quiet and you didn't really feel like a guest, but like home. :-)

The property is far away from neighbors and in a very good condition. Especially the balcony is great to sit in the summer nights.

Dreamy🤩 Tanja's apartment is very spacious and lovingly furnished! Tanja is a super nice and attentive host! The apartment is immaculately clean and superbly equipped. The apartment is close to the city and very, very quiet! The individual rooms are equipped with fly screens and shutters to completely darken. In the living room, there is a children's table with painting and toys and books for young and old, which was the highlight for my 2.5-year-old daughter. Tanja has not only lovingly furnished the apartment, but also provided it with many details. There were changing utensils, a night light and also bath additives and accessories for our daughter, fresh flowers were waiting for us at the dining table and in the kitchen… We felt super comfortable and at home from the beginning and can therefore recommend this accommodation and Tanja as a host, whether you are a solo traveler, couple or family! 🌷 Thank you dear Tanja - we will be happy to come back!

Our three week long stay at Josefine's was very comfortable with everything in the apartment that we needed. As I was travelling with my daughter we wanted somewhere with 2 bedrooms and this apartment was hands down a great deal compared to other two bedroomed accommodation in Linz. Josefine is a very obliging host and goes out of her way to be helpful. Thank you Josefine 😃

Home was comfortable and clean and looked even better than in the photos! Sabina was easy to work with, responsive, and helpful. Plenty of linens, towels, and kitchen utensils. Grocery stores a 3 minute drive. Neighborhood was quiet and lovely!

We were very spontaneous for a night in Schärding and extremely satisfied with the accommodation. We lacked nothing, communication with Philipp worked great, the apartment has everything as described, very clean and we lacked nothing for the short time. We felt very comfortable right away. Alexa was our highlight and gave us a lot of joy. Extremely speechless about what you can do with it. We would also like to come back the next time we are passing through and replenish our beer stock at the Braushop Kapsreiter.

The apartment is well located. Supermarket is just a few minutes walk and generally it is not far to other shops. The only negative point is that you can hear the trains at night when the window is open, but they are quite quiet.
