Vacation rentals with beach access in Rohrbach District

I came to Austria/Linz for a temporary work assignment and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this apartment: -The host/hostess was responsive. -The location was excellent, offering a great view of the Danube river. I could simply step out and walk along the river to relax. -The apartment was spacious and functional. Although it was old, everything worked fine, so I have no complaints. -The heating system worked great. -There was no shower in the bathroom, but there was a huge bathtub where I could relax and take a bath. -My only issue was with the WiFi signal, which was not the best. I had to use my phone for important meetings. Overall, I would definitely come back if I have to stay in Linz again, and I would highly recommend this apartment

Franz's apartment is very comfortable and in a very convenient location, including being next to a corner shop that even opens on on Sundays. Traffic noise wasn't an issue with the windows closed. Franz was a great host and very responsive. I really enjoyed my stay.

Great location, all facilities available. Safe place for the bikes, which we were very happy with. Great communication with Marlies. At bicycle/walking distance from all Linz attractions. Because it was very hot, we wanted to open the windows, so a lot of noise from the street. With the windows closed, that was no problem.

We stayed here for a week and felt very comfortable. The apartment was very spacious for two people, unusual and comfortably equipped with a beautiful view of the Danube. Everything in the apartment is largely self-explanatory. Modern and clear in an old wall. The house is very quiet, all important things are within easy walking distance in the village. Margarete and Lorenz reacted quickly when there were inquiries. We will be happy to come back.
